I have the same color between   background selected color and highlight color

have an information or sample to modify these properties

We have checked your report issue by creating simple sample. In this sample we have checked the MouseOver Brush and Mouse pressed Brush(Selected) in various Themes. We able to see the difference between these two brushes. Can you please provide more information about your query. It would help us to proceed further.
