Disable SfSchedule context menu

How do you disable the SfSchedule control's context menu so it is never displayed?

I have attached an event to ContextMenuOpening and set Cancelled on the args to true but double tapping an appointment still launches the context menu.

I think it is related to my application creating a different popup in the ContextMenuOpening event. For some reason that causes the ContextMenuOpening event to only fire every second time an appointment is tapped. Fix this please.

One last thing:
It appears the issue is related to having a popup created in the ContextMenuOpening event open and then clicking on a an appointment. It launches the context menu without firing the ContextMenuOpening event.

Hi James

Thanks for using Syncfusion product.

We are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue of”Context Menu opening without firing the ContextMenuOpening event”. We have created a sample with custom radial menu. Please find the sample in the below link.

Sample Link: CustomMenu

In the above sample when double tapping on schedule will never display the schedule default context menu.

Could you please modify the above sample to reproduce the issue and revert us back? So that we can analyze on the issue further and provide you a possible solution.

Please let us know if you have any concern

Regards

Vigneshkumar R

Here is a repo. I did this in the simulator in touch mode.

First click shows popup: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zo6ploirdurarwx/schedule1.png?dl=0
Second click shows context menu: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ioxjgoea2mj8wvx/schedule2.png?dl=0
