workbook.SaveAs() not available and ExcelToPdfConverter not support in Universal window App

I am working on an universal window app in C# and  want to create an excel file and save it as pdf. I install syncfusionessentialfileformats.exe  and add reference of Syncfusion.XLsIO.Universal and using Syncfusion.XLsIO in .cs file. I successfully  create excel file but at saving there is no
workbook.SaveAs()function as given on this link http://help.syncfusion.com/file-formats/xlsio/faq
then I use SaveAsAsync() but i want to save or open in browser as given https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/1976/how-do-i-save-and-open-a-spreadsheet-inside-browser
how open excel file in browser using
SaveAsAsync()because SaveAs() function is not available in library.
I try to include
Syncfusion.XLsIO.Base.dll and Syncfusion.ExcelToPDFConverter.Base.dll It give message A reference to
Syncfusion.ExcelToPDFConverter.Base.dll could not be added. The project target '.NetCore' while the file
reference target '.NetFramework'. This is not supported scenario.
Is it not supported with universal App ?

Thanks
