Install do not work

Hi, people.
By the fourth time I am trying to install the SF Essential Studio and nothing works.
The little form starts, I fill the key field properly and click on next button.
Check the agrement box and accept the destinations folders to files...
After that, I wait for 5 hours but nothing really happen.

As I have ealy versions (like 12.4... and 13.1...) installed and tried to uninstall them. But, again, I couldn't.

What have I procede to fix this?

Last night I just tried again and I started the installation by the sixth time.
I go to sleep, wakeup, go to supermarket and ... 9 hours after start the processes no pixel was painted in progress bar of install form.

I had installed the VS2015 and I don't have the SF components in its tool-box.
I can't work or study.

What must I do?

In order to check the reported issue at our end please follow the steps suggested in the following KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool. It would be much helpful for us to resolve the reported issue at the earliest.
