Distinguish between node reordering and parent node change

Is there any way to know while in the nodeDrag event, if the dragged node will only have your order changed or if it will have their parent changed?

I think I could test for the e-plus class in the tooltip of the dragged node,  however sometimes when changing the node's parent, the e-plus icon doesn't display.
