Table of Contents

Hi,
I am generating adocument with the DocIO module, and I noticed that when I update the Table of Contatnt Page Numbers, the result is incorrect when the ToC is more than 1 page long.
There is maybe a workaround for this behavior (maybe restarting the page numbering for the document and setting a different page numbering for the ToC).

I Noticed that when there are many entries in the ToC like report (8).docx, the time spent updating the Toc is about 7 seconds.

I could renumber the ToC hen the document is generated,, but sometimes the output can be directly in PDF and this operation is impossible.
