Using Line Annotations

Is there a way to create a line annotation to underline text or to scratch the text

something like this

I would like the user to select the type of annotation, (underline or scratch) then with the finger , drag on top of text or area of the pdf.

i was under the impression that PdfLineAnnotation could achieve this somehow :\ too bad

Thank you for your response.

The PdfLineAnnotation is used to include lines in the PDF document. For underlining and striking out, there are two exclusive annotation “Underline” and “StrikeOut” which comes under Text MarkUp Annotations. At present we do not provide support to include these annotations in the PDF document. We would like to inform you that we have logged this as a feature request in our database. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases. We usually have an interval of at least three months between releases. The feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors such as product design, code compatibility and complexity. Please log on to our support website to check for further updates
