Problems with empty Grid

Question

I find that the pager and the page info do not work nicely when the Grid is empty. e.g.

Playing with the pager could result in:

By pressing the rightmost pager button:

I have another empty Grid placed on an ejDialog with inline form edit and I cannot add new item by pressing the "+" button.

Some more info: The grids are all binded to apicontroller and the data resulted from all GET requests is:{"Items":[],"NextPageLink":null,"Count":0}
