Infragistics or ComponentOne To Syncfusion Conversion

Hello,

I have a vb6 application with about 34 forms that are using Sheridan Grids. I plan on using an application to do the conversion from the vb6 to c#. The conversion application has built in Sheridan to ComponentOne or Infragistics grids but no support for Syncfusion. My company uses Syncfusion in other applications so the preference would be to continue with this instead of a new product.
My question is; If I do the conversion to Infragistics or ComponentOne using the conversion application, how much work or how compatible would Syncfusion grids be if I was to then convert from Infragistics/ComponentOne to Syncfusion by hand?
