calculate two columns

Hi,

I would like to make a batch edit grid with description, amount, price and total column where the amount and price are calculated in the total column and a summery is made from the total column on this summary total is a vat percentage calculated and summary total and percentage are calculated in a new summary.

How or what is the best way to do this?
