XlsIO read culture from excel document

Hello,
Is it possible to read the culture from imported excel document?

In my scenario it can happen that excel documents can have values in different formats, like: "1,000.12" "1000,24" etc.

I;m having troubles parsing those values as decimals. The best would be to figure out what is the culture in Excel document and pass it to Decimal.TryParse method.

Maybe there are other workarounds ?

Hi  Pawel,

MS-Excel does not preserve values in any specific culture and the numbers are formatted according to the machine culture. We have tried in different scenarios and are unable to reproduce the issue. It will be helpful to us to analyze further on this, if you provide some input templates.

Please let us know if you need any clarification.
