Date Values are not displaying properly in the Cell (####): Negative values if year is less than 1900

Hi Team,

Date Values are not displaying proper format if the year is less than 1900.  Could you please help us to solve the issue? 

We are using  the below API and passing the DataTable object and saving the report.

 

ImportDataTable(dataTable, false, startRow, 1);
