How to create End Node with connect multiple nodes ?

Hi team,

How we can Create End Node Like if any process start and end like.

Ex: I have one root node like Process(A), And B & C  are child nodes , i get links for this from A. 

Now B Having D,E,F child nodes, C Having G,H Child Nodes.Now I need to create 

D,E,F,G,H with all nodes link connect Like  Process(End) Single.

But I know i get each D,E,F,G,H getting each one one node, but i dont want like with all i need one end point for this process.

Please reply ASAP.
