We are building a App to view word,pdf document use syncfusion SDK but The app is stopped suddenly when scrolling a document with more than 160 pages.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1.       Open a word document with more than 160 pages.

2.       While loading page 1, scroll the document à The app is stopped.

 

We have done these above steps with your sample and the issue still occurred.

 

Please follow our steps and check the sample again.

If the issue occurs, please fix it ASAP.

We have recently fixed some issues with UI interactions (includes mentioned issue on scrolling document) while loading documents asynchronously in WinRT SfRichTextBoxAdv control and this fix will be included in our upcoming main release 2013 Volume 3. We will let you know once our WinRT main release 2013 Volume 3 has been released. You may also check our website periodically for latest information related to our release.
