The project might not be compiled properly due to...

Hi,

I'm trying to create a project using the syncfusion wizard for it. Im getting this message:

The project might not be compiled properly due to the following assemblies that are missing at your GAC location.

And then a list of 7 assemblies.

How do I get the assemblies in the GAC location?

Hi Yustme,

GAC error occurs  when the assemblies are missed in the GAC location. This might be an Assembly installation problem. Please reinstall the assemblies from assembly manager in Syncfusion dashboard. Please follow the below steps to install the assemblies to GAC from Syncfusion dashboard and also find attached the snapshots for installing the assemblies

        1.       Launch the Syncfusion Dashboard.

        2.       Go to Utilities and select the Assembly management.

        3.       Select the launch button then the assembly manager window opens.

        4.       Select perform action to install the assembly manager.

Note: After assembly installation please ensure the assemblies are present in the following Gac locations:

C:\Windows\assembly for 3.5 assemblies.

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL for 4.0 and 4.5 assemblies

Thanks,

Abbas K
