Unable to open workbook.

Unable to open workbook. Receive a "Requested value 'border'  was not found" exception when I try.
 
If I open the workbook in Excel, I don't have this problem. If I open the workbook, then save it from Excel, I can then open it error-free with Syncfusion. We intend to process several workbooks at once so opening and re-saving them prior to running this process is not really a viable workaround for us.
 
Currently, I'm opening these workbooks as a filestream. Eventually I intend to open them as a memory stream instead - if that makes any difference.
 
Any chance there's a fix for this issue? I've attached on the files I'm having this problem with.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

We have analyzed the reported issue by creating a workbook using LibreOffice and load that workbook into SpreadsheetControl. But we are not able to reproduce the issue and it opens proper in Spreadsheet. So could you please share your workbook with us and its very  helpful for us to analyze the issue and serve you better. Herewith We have attached the video for your reference.
