reuse strings frpm resources

hi,

 

i've been rebuilding the [save report] button in the olapclient toolbar, and within my code I need to load the corresponding tooltip (OlapToolBarButton_NewReport_ToolTip) from the Syncfusion resource file. When using the ResourceManager to accomplish this, I get a MissingManifestResourceException. Can somebody please give me some advise how to read this string from the resource file/assembly?
