Hi Jorge,

 

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

 

You can rename the Row, Column, Calculation items header
using the FieldHeader property available in PivotItem and PivotComputationInfo
classes. If you need to rename dynamically you can hook the DataRefreshed event
and iterate through the HeaderAreas and set each items Content individually.
The following sample explains the same.
