My Current Role
I work as a Product Manager in the Infrastructure team, where I manage the Testing Portal and intranet-related work for Bold Sales. I work closely with a team of around five members, planning and coordinating project activities, guiding the team whenever they need support, resolving issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure work is aligned across projects.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m an introverted person who usually takes some time to get comfortable with new people. But with my close circle, I’m completely different – I’m more open, expressive, and enjoy being around them.
Another thing that defines me is my independent nature. Whether it’s in my personal life or at work, I first try to solve problems on my own before asking for help. If I need support, I’m always open to reaching out, but I believe in making the first effort myself.
I enjoy spending my free time watching movies, taking short rides and trying different food. These moments help me relax and take a break from my routine.
My Career Journey
Like many children, my ambitions changed as I grew up. At different stages, I imagined becoming a police officer or a doctor, but I never had one fixed career goal. The one thing I always knew was that I wanted a job that wouldn’t feel routine. I wanted work that would keep me engaged, challenge me with something new, and give me opportunities to keep learning.
That mindset eventually led me to choose Computer Science, mainly because I enjoyed mathematics more than biology. During college, I focused on completing my studies, but by the time I graduated, I had made one decision for myself—I wanted to build my career in the IT industry. With that goal in mind, I moved to Chennai and spent nearly a year searching for opportunities before coming across an opening at Syncfusion. After attending the interview, I was selected and joined the company as a Junior Developer.
Looking back, I’m happy my career turned out the way I had hoped.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success means enjoying the process more than the outcome. Achieving a goal certainly brings happiness, but I’ve always felt that the excitement of working towards it is much more meaningful than the result itself.
Success or failure is only the final outcome, and the feeling it brings doesn’t last very long. What stays with me is the experience of learning, putting in the effort, and enjoying every stage of the journey. That’s what truly keeps me motivated, and that’s how I define success.
People Who Inspired Me
I haven’t been inspired by just one person. Different people have influenced me in different ways at different stages of my life. From my father, I’ve learned to be happy with what I have instead of worrying about things that aren’t necessary. From my brother, I’ve learned to face problems with the belief that every situation can be handled. I also admire M. S. Dhoni because he focuses on the process rather than the result. Whether it’s success or failure, he believes in enjoying the journey, and that’s something I’ve always liked about him.
Skills may help us grow, but it's the way we value time and people that truly defines us.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Perspective on Leadership
To me, patience is the foundation of good leadership. A leader should stay calm, avoid rushing into decisions, and handle situations with composure. I believe many other qualities naturally grow from that mindset.
I also believe empathy is equally important. Every individual has different strengths, experiences, and learning curves, so it's important to understand people from their perspective instead of expecting everyone to be the same.
Key Learnings and Challenges
In the early stage of my career, even small tasks felt challenging, and there was one task where I struggled to understand how to approach it. I wasn't confident about moving forward, but with guidance from a senior, I worked through it step by step and completed it. That experience taught me that even the most difficult tasks become manageable once you take the first step and seek guidance when needed.
Over time, I also realized that postponing difficult work only created unnecessary pressure. The task would stay on my mind until I addressed it. Since then, I've made it a habit to deal with challenges without postponing them and communicate openly whenever I need support. This change has helped me work with greater clarity and a calmer mindset.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
I can't point to one particular moment that made me feel, "This is where I belong." Instead, it was something I realized over time. Whenever I heard my friends talk about their workplaces, I found myself appreciating the work culture at Syncfusion even more.
One thing that matters a lot to me is being treated with respect. Throughout my journey here, even when I made mistakes, the feedback was always given in a respectful and constructive way. I never felt that my self-respect was questioned or undermined. That made a lasting impression on me.
Looking back, those experiences have given me the confidence that I'm in the right place. They've made me feel that this is an environment where I can continue to grow with a sense of trust and belonging.
My Personal Achievement
One of my biggest personal achievements has been becoming consistent with my fitness journey. Staying physically fit was something I wanted from my school days, but every time I started, I would stay committed for a week or two before giving up. This cycle continued for many years.
It was only after the COVID period that I finally stayed consistent. Since then, I've made fitness a regular part of my life by going to the gym, paying attention to my diet, and taking better care of my health.
What makes this achievement meaningful to me isn't just staying fit—it’s the self-control that came with it. I've realized that controlling ourselves is often harder than achieving anything else. Looking back, overcoming something I struggled with for so many years gives me a real sense of satisfaction.
What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood
One thing that has stayed with me since childhood is my sense of punctuality. For me, being on time isn't about following a strict schedule for myself - it's about respecting other people's time. Whenever I commit to meeting someone or being somewhere at a particular time, I make it a point to be there early. I believe that making others wait because of me is something I should avoid, and that's a value I've continued to follow over the years.
At the same time, one thing that has changed in me is my temper. I used to get angry very quickly, but over time, I've become much calmer. As I grew older, I started asking myself whether reacting with anger would actually solve the problem. That shift in perspective has helped me become more patient and approach situations with a clearer mindset.
