10+ Years
My Current Role
As a Scrum Master, I prepare the must-have Wishlist for each release and assign tasks to the team. I plan the work across sprints and lead all Scrum ceremonies—daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to keep everyone aligned. I also handle any blockers and coordinate with other teams so the engineers can continue their work smoothly.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a friendly and kind person who enjoys exploring new places and going out whenever I get the chance—it keeps life fun and exciting. I’m also a definite foodie. I’ve always cared deeply about the people around me, whether it’s friends, family, or colleagues. Checking in on them and asking how they’re doing comes naturally to me, and it’s something I continue to value even today.
My Career Journey
I started my career journey by trying government exams. I cleared the prelims but missed the mains. All of this happened before I joined here. Later, I attended an interview for a developer role and got selected. When I first joined, I was honestly very nervous. In the initial months, I was assigned to support work, and I didn’t realize how serious customer support could be. Big queries used to scare me, and I would often go to my lead for help. They encouraged me not to panic, to understand the issue, learn from it, and then respond. Slowly, I understood the nature of support and improved. I stayed in that role for over three years, and it became a strong learning phase for me.
At Syncfusion, I can clearly see a path to grow—maybe even as a manager someday. What I truly value is the job security and the support the company provides.
Perspectives That Changed Me
While handling support tickets as a developer, when the team was short-staffed, I had to handle all the tickets on my own. After I completed everything, my manager, Rajendran, appreciated the effort and told me I had managed it well. Those few words gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel capable.
Before becoming a Scrum Master, I hesitated to take up the role because I felt I didn’t have enough experience. At that time, my lead Thirukumaran told me that growth comes only when you take up opportunities, and that I could always step back if it didn’t work out. That simple line pushed me to try, and I’m really glad I did. My current manager, Mahesh, has also been very encouraging and motivates me to keep on learning. The belief and support from these people have changed how I see myself, and I’m truly grateful for how it shaped my confidence.
A Message From My Journey
My journey has been all about growth and learning. At every stage, I’ve continued to learn, and Syncfusion has given me the space and opportunities to grow along the way.
In the beginning, everything feels challenging, and that’s natural. But the key is to never give up. I’ve seen people step away when things get tough, but every challenge teaches you something if you’re willing to learn from it.
Mistakes are not setbacks—they are the quiet lessons that shape our growth.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Bouncing Back From Tough Times
When something affects me and stays on my mind throughout the day, I usually talk to a close friend. I share everything over a call, and just talking about it makes me feel lighter. I also open up to my parents, who have always been a strong source of support in my life. Their encouragement helps me regain my confidence and move forward.
Sometimes, a short weekend trip also helps me recharge and supports my mental well-being. Taking a break, exploring a new place, or simply stepping away from routine gives me a fresh perspective and helps me bounce back with renewed energy. The support of my family, friends, and these small moments of refreshment are what helps me overcome difficult times.
Memorable Feedback
Earlier in my career, I used to take feedback very personally. Even small comments would affect me. At that time, my lead, Gurunathan, gave me a piece of advice that changed my perspective. He told me not to see feedback as criticism, but as an opportunity to improve. That mindset has stayed with me ever since.
As I grew in my role, I began receiving appreciation for a different reason. My leads would often mention that they could rely on me to follow processes consistently and complete responsibilities without needing reminders. Whether it was keeping work up to date or ensuring things were done on time, that trust meant a lot to me. Those words of appreciation made me feel noticed and valued.
What I’ve Unlearned
I used to believe that only hard work mattered, and that working longer hours automatically meant I was doing better. Over time, through feedback, I learned that it’s not about how long you work, but about how smartly you approach your work. That lesson has stayed with me.
My Perspective on Leadership
I believe a good leader is someone who connects with the team beyond just work. It’s not only about checking progress or assigning tasks; it’s about showing genuine empathy and understanding. I try to stay humble and approachable so that people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, ideas, or doubts with me. No matter what level we are at, being easy to approach and truly listening makes a big difference.
I also believe that feedback should never hurt or demotivate anyone. It should be given constructively and positively, with the intention of helping people learn, grow, and improve. Today’s engineers are tomorrow’s leaders, so I feel it is important to set an example of the kind of leadership we would like to see in the future.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success isn’t only about big project releases or achievements. It’s about how much we’ve learned and how far we’ve grown from where we started, especially in how we handled challenges and came out stronger. Success also means maintaining a healthy work-life balance and supporting others in their growth. When I’m able to guide someone on my team and see them progress, that feels like real success to me.
My Personal Achievement
I wouldn’t call it a big achievement, but becoming financially independent is something I’m truly proud of. It feels good to know that I can stand on my own without depending on anyone. Last year, I fulfilled a childhood dream by buying my first car. Seeing my name in the RC book was more than just a milestone—it was a reminder of how far I had come and what I had been able to achieve through my own efforts.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve also started visiting old-age homes on special occasions like festivals, birthdays, or anniversaries. I usually donate breakfast or lunch there, and it gives me a deep sense of satisfaction—knowing that, in a small way, I’m able to help someone and make a difference.
Gratitude Along the Journey
At Syncfusion, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with many wonderful people, but one relationship that truly stands out is with my colleagues, Saranya and Sangeetha. What began as casual conversations in the break area gradually turned into a strong friendship that I value deeply today. I never expected to find such a genuine bond at work, and the connection we’ve built means a lot to me.
