12+ Years
My Current Role
As a Senior Product Manager, I focus on technical SEO, developing high-performing commercial web pages, and leading content marketing initiatives. My responsibilities include improving website structure and organic search visibility, creating conversion-focused landing and product pages, and developing content that attracts relevant audiences, supports customer acquisition, and generates qualified leads.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a planned, confident, and approachable person who enjoys sharing ideas and connecting with people. I’m naturally friendly, and when someone comes to me for help, I treat them like family. I make it a point to support them genuinely and do my best to resolve their concerns.
My Career Journey
My journey into technology began in 2009 when I chose engineering, without fully understanding the field. During my college years, especially towards the end, I actively took part in organizing events and symposiums. Designing banners and creating simple websites during that time sparked my interest in web development and helped me discover something I truly enjoyed.
After graduation, I was selected through campus placement for a job in Bangalore, but things didn’t go as expected. What followed was a challenging phase filled with interviews and rejections. For a brief period, I worked night shifts in a BPO while attending interviews during the day. Those days were both exhausting and demanding.
Then, in April 2014, I received a call from Syncfusion for an interview and got selected. That one call became a turning point in my career.
I will always be grateful for the support I received during one of the toughest phases of my life. The trust placed in me is something I carry with me even today.
People Who Guided Me
Several people have played an important role in shaping my journey.
Vijayanand Sir’s clarity, maturity, and the way he handles responsibilities have always inspired me, and his approach is something I truly aspire to follow. In my early days, my mentors Saravanan and Joy Oyiess Rex stood by me when I was new and unsure. Instead of pushing me into tasks I wasn’t ready for, they gave me the time and space to learn, which helped me build confidence.
From Rajasekar, I learned what true professionalism looks like. The discipline and responsibility with which he approaches his work left a strong impression on me. From Sivakumar, I learned the value of technical depth and logical thinking. I still remember how he quickly understood my Scheduler issue and helped me solve a problem I had been struggling with.
Each of them influenced my growth in different ways, and I remain grateful for their guidance.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
When I first face a problem, I do feel scared, and I believe that’s completely normal. What matters is not letting that fear take control.
For me, the key is mindset. I don’t stay stuck on a problem, and I don’t walk away until it is resolved. If a problem happens because of my mistake, I admit it and work to fix it.
Honesty is important to me, and I believe blaming others never helps. What truly matters is focusing on the solution and finding a way to move forward. When the focus is only on blame, growth becomes difficult.
Build strong fundamentals early in your career through continuous learning—once your foundation is clear, mastering anything becomes easier.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Gratitude Along the Journey
For me, it has always been my mother. The confidence I have today comes completely from her. She never fears anything, and even in tough situations she stands boldly. I grew up watching that courage, and because of that, I never run away from problems.
She was very strict about one thing, no matter what struggles we faced, our studies should never stop. We are four brothers, and she made sure all of us studied well.
I wish to build a wedding hall in my mother’s name, something that will stand as a lasting mark for her in our area.
Values I Live By
Two thoughts guide the way I approach life: “All is well” and “Ennam pol vaazhkai.”
The line “All is well” reminds me to stay positive in any situation. “Ennam pol vaazhkai” means that life moves in the direction of our thoughts.
Even though things don’t always go as planned, staying positive helps us face challenges and keep moving forward.
My Inspiration
I draw inspiration from many people around me, but two individuals who have influenced me deeply are Dhoni and Shah Rukh Khan.
Watching Dhoni changed the way I approach challenges; his calmness under pressure showed me that even in intense situations, staying composed makes a difference.
Shah Rukh Khan’s journey is equally inspiring. Starting without any background, he built his success through talent, persistence, and hard work. Even after facing setbacks, he continued to move forward and achieve greater success, while remaining grounded.
Their journeys remind me that calmness, resilience, and staying true to oneself are essential for long-term growth.
How I Like to Be Remembered
I think the legacy I want to leave behind is how I treat people, with respect and dignity, no matter who they are.
When someone shows me respect, I always give it back. I don’t see people through their experience, title, or position; I see them as they are.
And I believe that’s what people will remember about me.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is peace of mind, the ability to live calmly.
If you can sit peacefully and enjoy a three-hour movie, if your family is happy, and everyone at home is healthy, life already feels complete. For me, that simple peace of mind is what success means.
Staying positive, not holding negative thoughts about anyone, not hurting others, and never disturbing someone’s happiness, these are the things that keep me peaceful inside.
Life Beyond Work
For me, it's gym.
I first started going because I had severe back pain, especially after working from home for a long time. My younger brother, Jalaludeen, a bodybuilder and Mr. Tamil Nadu, who also works at Syncfusion, trained me for six months.
After that, it became a habit. Now, almost every day around 6 or 7 p.m., I make sure I go to the gym.
My Personal Achievement
One of my personal achievements is building my house, not just owning it, but planning and building it myself.
I had no background in construction and I’m not a civil engineer. I learned everything step by step, mostly through YouTube and by working closely with the contractor and plumber.
I spent nearly a year and a half planning the house and created 32 different designs, even for small details like parking. A friend who is a civil engineer helped with the pillar structure, since that required proper technical expertise. Apart from that, the entire house followed my plan.
Looking back, I feel like I became the engineer of my own home.
Moments That Makes Me Smile
There have been many funny moments in my life, but one still makes me laugh whenever I think about it.
Back in 2012, a group of us decided to make a short film. We were very serious about it. We got permission from the college, gathered our friends, and spent three full weekends shooting.
Finally, we proudly showed it to a senior director, expecting some appreciation. He watched it for a few minutes, looked at us, and said, “Just take your film and leave. This is terrible.”
At the time, it was embarrassing. Now, it’s honestly one of my funniest memories. I was the director, one friend handled the camera, another handled the editing, and around 15 of us worked on it together.
The film may not have turned out well, but those three weekends gave us memories we’ll never forget.
What Changed Since Childhood
Over time, my view of friendship has changed.
When I was younger, I had a large circle of friends. But as life moved forward, I realized that true friendship is not about numbers; it’s about the few people who genuinely stand by you.
Today, I keep a smaller circle, but those friendships are stronger and more meaningful. Along with that, my focus has also grown more towards my family.
