My Current Role
My role is Growth Hacking Manager for BoldSign. My focus is to grow BoldSign’s revenue by increasing sign-ups with quality leads. I handle everything that contributes to this growth: our website, SEO and GEO, landing page CRO, competitive intelligence, developer-facing content, influencer and partner marketing, analytics, and all the supporting technical processes behind them.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m someone who genuinely enjoys learning new things. I’m naturally curious and spend a lot of time reading articles, magazines, and e-books. I also enjoy sharing what I learn with my friends. Within my circle, I’m known as an energetic and vibrant person.
Values I Live By
“Kindness toward every living being” is a value I deeply believe in. I’m a pure vegetarian because I feel strongly that no life should be harmed, and I make a conscious effort to ensure that no one suffers because of my actions. Another value I follow is staying calm under pressure. I often remind myself, “I can do it,” and that belief has helped me face and overcome many challenges.
My Career Journey
One of my friend’s seniors mentioned an interview opportunity at Syncfusion, and that’s how my journey here began. At the time, I never imagined it would become such an important part of my life.
Looking back now, Syncfusion is where I’ve grown the most—financially, socially, mentally, and professionally. We spend nearly 12 years in school, yet I’ve already spent more than 15 years here. I never mapped out my career in advance; instead, Syncfusion shaped that path for me, step by step. For that, I’m genuinely grateful.
Work Life Balance
Honestly, I don’t see work and life as two separate things. For me, there isn’t a fixed idea of “work–life balance.” Everything comes down to planning your work, your family time, and even time for yourself. Because of that, I’ve never felt like I was struggling to balance anything.
If I extend my work on a particular day, my family understands that there’s a reason behind it. At the same time, extending work every day isn’t healthy. When things are planned well, everything naturally falls into place.
Integrity is what truly matters. Build trust through your actions, be sincere, stay transparent, and communicate openly.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood
My friends are my strongest support system. They’ve been with me through every stage of life and remain the people I share the most with. Holding on to those friendships is something I’ve carried with me since childhood.
Life Beyond Work
Whenever I get time, I love spending it with my daughter - that’s my favorite way to unwind. Almost every weekend, we start early, around 5:30 in the morning, and stay out until about 11. She enjoys it, and I enjoy it even more. Beyond just weekends, I make it a point to spend as much time with her as I can, because those moments truly mean a lot to me.
My Perspective on Leadership
I strongly believe in leading by example. Anything I ask my team to do is something I should be able to do myself—that’s how trust is built. Before assigning work, a leader must understand it clearly and ensure the team has complete clarity.
Most importantly, a leader should always have a clear, executable plan—not just a hope. When the team believes the plan is realistic and achievable, motivation and confidence follow naturally.
My Inspiration
Throughout my journey, different people have inspired me at different moments. My manager, George, inspires me with his strong technical expertise and the guidance he provides. Mr. Vijayanand has also been a major inspiration — I often wonder how he manages so many responsibilities with such ease.
On a personal level, my brother is my greatest inspiration. Our career paths feel very similar; we’ve always moved in the same direction, with him just one step ahead, naturally guiding the path I follow.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
In these 15 years, I’ve never really felt a true low phase. That may be because of the people I’ve worked with—people who carry a strong growth mindset. For me, it’s simple: accept the failure, address it, and move on. I didn’t consciously practice this approach; it came naturally from the environment around me.
