My Current Role

I currently manage the front-end development team, where our focus is on creating a smooth and reliable experience for users. My role involves guiding the team, addressing front-end issues, and ensuring that what we deliver maintains the expected quality. Our focus is on building simple, ready-to-use templates that developers can easily access and use while creating websites. The goal is to make their development process easier and more efficient.  For me, the larger vision is to understand both the developer’s challenges and the designer’s perspective and build solutions that work well for both.

My Experience throughout My Journey

This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.

About Me

I am a humble, cheerful person who enjoys creating a positive atmosphere around me. I believe in trusting people and giving them a fair chance, and this mindset has helped me build meaningful relationships with people who are positive and supportive.

I genuinely enjoy problem-solving. I see challenges like tangled threads, with many knots to work through. I enjoy patiently working through them until everything becomes clear. This curiosity naturally draws me toward problems that require me to think differently and find a way forward.

For me, life is about staying grounded, trusting people, and approaching challenges with curiosity. I believe every challenge brings an opportunity to learn something new and grow.

Values I Live By

I would say resilience. No matter where I am, I never tell myself, “I can’t do this.” Whatever hurdles come, I think I must overcome them and finish the task.  By overcoming many of my personal hurdles, I feel that quality led me here and this is something I was born with.

Along with that, I’ve always focused on being a trustworthy person. Building trust is very important to me and I believe it will always be one of my strongest values for life.

Habits that shaped me

Before marriage, I used to think I should never say “no” to anyone, if someone asked for help, I thought the word “no” should not come out of my mouth. Even if I was already overloaded with work, I would still take the dynamic work and start doing it instead of saying no. After marriage, being inspired by my husband’s quality, I adapted this in my life: it’s okay to say “no” when you can’t handle it.

On the other hand, one habit that continues to guide me is staying occupied. If I’m occupied, I feel at peace. If I’m just idle I feel uncomfortable. I have to be in some planning mode: “finish this, then this, then this.” I continuously plan. If I’m fully occupied I feel very enthusiastic.

My Inspiration

Personally, my mother is my biggest inspiration.

Professionally, it would be Deepak whom I worked with in the office. Whatever question you ask him, he would give the answer like a walking Wikipedia. And he would say it so down-to-earth, without any attitude. He never said things like, “You don’t know this?” Instead, he would say, It’s nothing, Ganeshwari. You would do all this very easily”. The way he explained things is something I really liked. So when I have to explain something to my team members, I want to have that same quality.

In addition, J.K. (Jayakrishnan), he without making us feel it directly, he would feed us a lot of learning through his feedback. He never pointed out our mistakes in a harsh manner. Instead, through his reviews and the feedback he gave us, we would internally start tuning ourselves and growing without even realizing it. These qualities from both of them are things I wanted to pick up and bring into myself.

Doing a task just because you’re told won’t grow your knowledge, real learning comes only with true interest and dedication.

Life Beyond Work

I relax by learning something new. I like setting small short-term goals and learning little things step by step, it gives me a feeling of, “I learned something new today.”
