15+ Years
My Current Role
I work in customer support, where I handle customer queries and resolve support tickets. Our team acts as a bridge between customers, support engineers, and the sales team, helping ensure that issues and requirements are communicated clearly and addressed effectively. Alongside customer support, I also work on sales processes and dashboards that help track sales projections and targets.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a humorous and easy-going person. I enjoy everything I do with full involvement, and I value relationships, because in the end, it’s the people you know and the people you have around you matter. That’s what I would call my biggest strength. Earlier I wasn’t like that. I used to be more reserved. Now I gel easily with anyone whether they’re kids or elders. And I enjoy that.
My Career Journey
I never imagined myself here, my path began in a completely different direction. After completing my M.A. and M.Phil., I pursued my Ph.D. while working part-time as a Radio Jockey at All India Radio. I still remember the pride of holding a cheque signed by the President of India—it felt surreal to know my voice was reaching people.
Later, I joined RR Donnelley as a proofreader and grew into a Senior Quality Controller. But after marriage and motherhood, managing rotational shifts became tough, so I stepped away. Then I came across a Syncfusion ad in The Hindu, that’s how my journey here began. I started in the support team, and fourteen years later, I’m still here, learning, growing, and grateful for where life has led me.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
When I was part of the documentation team, the entire team I led was suddenly dismantled. It was very shocking, I couldn’t understand why it happened, and it took me a long time to process it emotionally. During that difficult phase, my mother was my biggest support, constantly reminding me that things would get better. Over time, I realized that some situations are simply beyond our control. Acceptance was hard, but it made me stronger. Today, I look back with peace and gratitude, happy with where I am and the team I have around me.
A Proud Moment
My daughter’s school recently gave me an award—“Best Mom.” I consider that my biggest achievement. I was over the moon! It felt like, “Aha, I must have done something right as a parent.” That moment truly made me feel proud and fulfilled.
There’s always a better tomorrow waiting for you, Don't react immediately, Stay patient and Just observe.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Inspirations
Personally, it’s always My mom. That’s true for most women, our mothers are our foundation.
Professionally, it’s Dr. J. Jayalalithaa. Not from a political view, but as a woman in public life. Many years ago, in our Syncfusion Times internal magazine, we had a “Who I Am” section. I remember writing her name as my inspiration. That admiration remains the same.
Early Dreams
I wanted to become a Lecturer. Teaching was my dream job. I liked explaining things and I always believed that the future lies in the hands of teachers. But life took a different turn.
Even though I couldn’t fulfill that dream, I think maybe that’s why I enjoy training and guiding my team now—that inner quality stayed with me.
Values I Live By
One thing I strictly follow is Patience.
Since I like connecting with people, and when there are two or more people, differences of opinion will always be there. So, when you work in groups, conflicts and differences are normal. The main quality that helps in such situations is patience. That’s something I try never to lose.
Finding Clarity in Chaos
My Mother. During any tough phase, she’s the one I go to—to cry, vent, and talk. That gives me the strength to come back with the force. My mom listens patiently and advises me, that’s what helps me recover every time.
And something I always remind myself and others is, "There is a better which is coming." and “This too shall pass.” I truly believe that.
My Perspective on Leadership
Listening, patience, and not reacting immediately.
I’ve learned that leadership means hearing your team without judging them. If you judge before they finish speaking, you can’t be a good leader.
So, I make sure to give people time to express themselves. Trust builds from there.
Life Beyond Work
I listen to songs—especially Ilaiyaraaja's, any genre really. Music helps me calm down and reset.
The next is silence. When I stay silent and detach from the situation whether it’s happy or sad, it helps everything settle naturally.
And enjoy dancing a lot. I dance with my daughters, and we even record small reels together just for ourselves.
My Message to Young Professionals
Don’t stop learning. Never think, “I’ve finished learning", there’s always something new to explore. At our office, we have plenty of opportunities—technical and non-technical. Keep learning, stay curious, and don’t let that curiosity fade. If you do that, success will definitely follow.
How I’d Like to Be Remembered
I’d like my team to remember me as someone approachable, someone they can come to for anything.
Whether it’s guidance, an issue, or even a happy moment. If they see me as someone they can talk to openly, I’ll feel happy and fulfilled.
