My Current Role
I am part of the Mobile Development team, where I focus on developing and delivering the BoldDesk mobile app. My responsibilities include reviewing code, assigning tasks, tracking sprint progress, and conducting daily scrum meetings to keep the team aligned and delivery on track. I also focus on maintaining product quality through testing and code reviews. I work closely with the product, design, and backend teams and support developers in resolving technical challenges. I also contribute to planning and continuously improving our development processes to make delivery more efficient and effective.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
Beyond work, I would describe myself as a responsible, practical, and people-oriented person. I value family, honesty, and continuous learning. I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, and creating meaningful memories with the people I care about.
I try to stay calm when I face challenges and enjoy learning new things and finding ways to improve myself, both personally and professionally.
My Career Journey
As a child, I wanted to become a doctor because I liked helping people and making a difference in their lives. My career began with an opportunity in the IT industry, which introduced me to software development and the professional world. At first, it was simply an opportunity rather than a carefully planned career choice. However, as I gained experience, I developed a strong interest in technology and programming.
Although I eventually chose a career in software, I still find the same joy in helping others through my work—solving problems, learning new things, and creating useful solutions.
Over time, my experience eventually led me to leadership. I’m happy with how my career has evolved and grateful for the opportunities that have helped me learn, grow, and take on greater responsibilities along the way.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
Taking on leadership responsibilities was a challenging phase for me because I had to shift my focus from completing my own work to thinking about the team’s overall progress. I had to manage different priorities, deadlines, quality, and team responsibilities while also considering how my decisions could affect others.
This experience taught me to look at work from a broader perspective. I learned to plan better, make thoughtful decisions, communicate more openly, and understand that supporting others is just as important as completing my own responsibilities.
Over time, what initially felt challenging became an important part of my growth as a leader. I became more confident in handling responsibilities and realized that helping team members learn and grow can be just as rewarding as achieving my own goals.
Values I Live By
I believe in taking responsibility for whatever I commit to, whether it is something at work or in my personal life. I also believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their role or experience.
For me, being accountable for my actions and treating others with respect are important parts of how I approach both my personal and professional life.
Be willing to learn, take responsibility, respect others, and never stop improving. Every experience offers an opportunity to grow and become better.

My Advice to Young Professionals
As you begin your career, try to understand not just what you are doing, but also why you are doing it and how your work contributes to the bigger picture. Be curious, ask questions, learn from your experiences, communicate openly, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
Give yourself time to learn and grow. Career development happens gradually, and everyone starts with something new to learn. Keep building your skills, stay open to new experiences, and focus on improving step by step. You may not have all the answers at the beginning, and that's perfectly fine. What matters is staying willing to learn and continuing to move forward.
Reframing My Understanding
Earlier, I believed that doing everything myself was the best way to ensure quality. Over time, I learned that trusting others, sharing responsibilities, and giving people the opportunity to contribute can lead to better results.
I also realized that asking for help is not a weakness. It is simply another way of working together and moving forward effectively.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling to new places. Travelling gives me a chance to take a break from my routine, explore new places, and create memories with my family.
I also enjoy learning about technology and exploring new things in my free time. It keeps me curious and gives me something interesting to discover beyond my regular work.
My Inspiration
My biggest inspiration comes from people who are responsible, humble, and always willing to help others. Professionally, I admire leaders who support their teams and encourage them to grow.
They have taught me that leadership is not just about managing work. It is also about helping others learn, develop their abilities, and succeed. Seeing this approach in others has influenced the way I think about leadership and how I work with people.
My Personal Achievement
One achievement I feel proud of is building a stable and happy family life while continuing to grow professionally. Balancing my responsibilities at work with being present for my family has taught me a lot about priorities, patience, and responsibility.
For me, being able to give attention to both my career and family is something I value deeply. It is a personal achievement that gives me a sense of satisfaction and pride.
A Phase I Would Relive
If I could relive one phase of my life, I would choose the simpler years of my childhood and early family life. Those days had a special kind of happiness because I could enjoy the little things without worrying too much about the future.
Spending time with my family, playing, travelling, and enjoying everyday moments made that phase truly special. It was a simple time, but the happiness I found in those moments is something I would love to experience again.
