Every time I see a customer using our product in their production environment, that’s the moment. It gives me a deep sense of satisfaction knowing something we built here is helping someone make decisions, save time, or run their business better.

I find inspiration in everyone I meet by noticing the small qualities that make each person unique. 

In my early days, my uncle (Natarajan) played an important role in guiding me. He was the one who first introduced me to computer science, and I remain truly grateful to him. 

Professionally, many people have shaped my journey in different ways—Karthick for his technical depth and problem-solving mindset, Vijayakumar for pushing me beyond my comfort zone, Rajadurai for his process discipline, Vijayanand for managing large teams while staying hands-on, Daniel for his grounded leadership and high standards, Davis for his customer-focused thinking and friendly approach, and Balaji for constantly encouraging me to upskill and challenging me by playing the devil’s advocate. 

Over time, I’ve realized it’s never just one person—many people shape who you become.

One of my proudest personal achievements is building a home in my hometown after COVID. More than just a house, it represents stability, peace, and a place where my family feels safe and comfortable.

People often say that a home should bring a sense of calm the moment you walk through the door. Creating a space that gives my family that feeling is something I take great pride in. For me, the achievement is not the house itself, but the sense of belonging, security, and peace that it provides.

I try not to dwell only on past memories—I like creating new ones every day. With a 6-month-old baby, a playful 7-year-old daughter and a very understanding wife, my days are full of small, happy moments. 

Playing with my kids during breaks or hearing their laughter instantly grounds me. Their joy and my wife’s quiet support keep me grateful and positive through everything. 

For me, the beach is close by, so I go for a 10-minute walk—sometimes alone, sometimes with my wife or friends. I also enjoy playing cricket, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with my family, especially my kids. And there are days when I simply sit idle and reflect on my thoughts. That mix of activity and stillness helps me disconnect from work and recharge. 

Develop customer-centric thinking early in your career. 

Technology alone doesn’t create impact—context does. And that context comes from understanding your customers and their business goals. 

You may not set the purpose, but you still need to know it. Only when you connect business context with execution you can apply technology effectively, prioritize wisely and create solutions that truly make a difference.
