My Current Role
I manage the team responsible for auditing tickets related to Bold BI and Bold Reports. My role includes guiding the technical team during the initial setup, reviewing their tickets, ensuring accurate and timely updates, and escalating issues whenever required. I also handle ticket allocation by distributing tickets evenly among team members and support the team by helping clarify customer queries within tickets. In addition, I take care of any process-related needs or requirements by coordinating with top-level management and ensuring those aspects are addressed effectively. I also participate in customer calls when needed and directly handle discussions with customers. Furthermore, I manage the team who is responsible for handling CodeStudio presales process through BoldSales CRM and conduct demo meetings based on customer requests.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a very independent person by nature. I don’t like being overly dependent on others, and I have a good sense of humor. Even in small situations, I tend to find something fun and turn it into something comedic. Especially with my kids, I joke around a lot, often adding a touch of cinematic-style humor to make things more enjoyable.
My Career Journey
I completed my degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and began my career at a UPS company after coming across an opportunity in the Daily Thanthi newspaper. The role was primarily hardware-focused, and I worked there for about three and a half years. Over time, I realized there was limited scope for growth, which motivated me to explore new opportunities.
I then moved to Grundfos Pumps, a multinational organization with a strong network of distributors and service centers, where I worked as a coordinator for around three years. While the experience was valuable, the role gradually became more demanding, involving continuous calls throughout the day.
During this phase, a college friend, Saradha, who was working at Syncfusion, introduced me to an opportunity there. I remain truly grateful to her for that. I went through the interview process, was selected, and joined as the first member of the CO team at a time when it was just taking shape. This marked the beginning of my journey at Syncfusion.
Key Learnings
My key learning has been in people management skills—understanding how to effectively handle and support individuals within a team. I have learned how to approach people with empathy, understand their perspectives, and manage situations with emotional awareness.
I have also developed skills in proper delegation of work and decision-making, including determining what needs to be done and when, as well as how to complete tasks efficiently. In addition, I have gained strong time management and problem-solving skills.
All the professional experience I have gained has had a positive impact on my personal life as well. When it comes to family-related decisions, I share my thoughts with my spouse and am able to guide my children effectively. Similarly, I have significantly improved my English communication skills. Having studied in a Tamil-medium background, I am now confident in communicating with customers across different time zones and understanding a variety of accents.
Best Advice
Manifest everything that you think and give your best – Intentionally directing your thoughts toward what you want, believing in it deeply, and consistently giving your best effort to turn those thoughts into real outcomes.
“What you consistently think, believe, and work hard toward—you gradually create in your life.”
Stay consistent and give your best. Results may take time, but one day your work will speak for itself.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood
One thing that has stayed with me since childhood is my approach to work—I prefer to complete tasks immediately without postponing them. Whether it was household work back then or office work and responsibilities now, I have always believed in finishing things on time rather than letting them pile up.
One habit that has changed over time is my temper. I used to be a very short-tempered person, but I have improved a lot. I have gradually learned not to react immediately. I am consciously working on myself and steadily bringing my temper under control.
My Inspiration
My biggest inspiration is my friend Saradha. There are certain qualities that I have learned from her. She is very straightforward, very sincere, and she is also quite humorous. Even in very small matters, she brings in a bit of humor. She is someone who holds no negative thoughts and always approaches things with positivity.
My Personal Achievement
After joining Syncfusion, my life progressed to a new level. I was able to support my family better and help them move forward, which I consider one of my biggest achievements. This journey would not have been possible without Syncfusion, and I remain truly grateful to the organization.
I was also the first in my family to buy my own house, something I take great pride in. It became a meaningful milestone, especially as my brother and sister began to see me as a role model. Supporting them with guidance and ideas as they continue to grow in their own journeys is something I deeply value and consider one of my most meaningful achievements.
Life Beyond Work
Recently, I’ve started enjoying playing shuttle, especially because of my kids. My husband, my daughter, and I usually play together on Saturdays and Sundays. We visit a nearby park, and it feels very relaxing. I genuinely enjoy it, and it brings me a lot of happiness.
In fact, wherever we go now, we make sure to carry our shuttle bats with us.
Phase I would Relive
One phase I often feel like reliving is the time when I used to go to the Syncfusion office, especially between 2011 and 2013. A strong team was formed during that period, and it was truly a time filled with fun and great memories.
Even traveling from home to the office felt like an enjoyable experience back then. I thoroughly looked forward to it and enjoyed every moment. It’s a phase of my life I cherish deeply, and I truly wish I could experience it once again.
