One of the most valuable lessons I learned early in my journey came from my previous manager, Karthikeyan Chandrasekar. He often reminded me not to overthink, but to simply begin. Through his guidance, I learned to approach my work with clarity and focus. It made me realize that whenever a requirement or specification is given, the first step is to understand it clearly and take the initiative to begin, because once that initial step is taken, the rest of the process naturally unfolds and guides the work forward without unnecessary overthinking. 

During my college days, traveling with my close friends to my hometown, Tiruvannamalai, for Karthigai Deepam was always a memorable experience. Those trips were filled with joy, and we truly cherished every moment together.

One of my most special memories is climbing the Tiruvannamalai Hill all the way to the top to witness the Deepam and be part of the celebration, which made the experience even more meaningful.

Even today, when I think about those days, I wish I could relive those beautiful memories and recreate that same joy once again.

During my college days, reading about the life and journey of Steven Paul Jobs had a profound impact on me. Learning about how he started, the challenges he faced, and everything he achieved became a great source of inspiration. His journey taught me the value of perseverance and looking at challenges as opportunities to grow. 

In my professional journey, I continue to learn from my Scrum Master, Chinnu Munniyappan. One thing I truly admire about him is his ability to focus on solutions rather than problems. Whenever we discuss a blocker, his decisions are always clear and precise. There have been many times when I felt stuck even after thinking through every possible option, but his simple shift in perspective—often saying, "We can also think about it this way"—has helped me see things differently. I continue to learn from him every day, and much of my approach to problem-solving has been shaped by observing the way he thinks and handles challenges.

I often say that spending time with my family is my biggest priority. Whether my mother or my wife is busy with their daily routines, I’ll either tease them a bit or simply join them in whatever they’re doing.

During my school days, I had a classmate from a very poor background. He had no parental support and was staying in a hostel, traveling more than 20 kilometers by cycle every day to attend school. Over time, we became close friends. After completing 10th grade and moving into 11th, he approached me and shared how challenging the daily travel had become. As he felt comfortable with me, he asked if he could stay at my house and continue his studies. I discussed this with my family and they agreed.

In my early days at Syncfusion, when I had just joined the team, I was debugging a bug that kept jumping across multiple files and methods, and I got so absorbed that I completely zoned out, staring at the screen for nearly 20 to 30 minutes. My manager, George Livingston, came from behind, tapped me, and humorously said, “You’re about to go inside the screen, come back,” which made the whole team laugh. He later took me out for a coffee and commented about how even the screen hadn’t moved while I was staring at it. I wasn’t asleep, just completely lost in thought. That moment stayed with me and even today, I make it a point to check in on my team members so no one gets too 'hypnotized' the same way I did.

Throughout my journey, many people have supported me in different ways, and my parents have always been my strongest pillar. 

Before joining Syncfusion, I went through a challenging period of attending interviews and searching for the right opportunity. During that time, my sister stood by me every single day. I stayed at her place and travelled from there for interviews. No matter how early it was, she would prepare food and send me off with care and encouragement. Her support gave me a lot of strength during those uncertain days. Around the same time, a distant relative also offered me a place to stay for a while, which made that phase of my life a little easier and gave me a sense of comfort and support. 

After joining Syncfusion, a few colleagues stayed with me for nearly a year and patiently put up with all my playful behavior. Those moments and friendships are something I still cherish. Professionally, every manager I worked with encouraged me, motivated me, and helped me grow in different ways.
