My Current Role
I work as a Product Manager, leading two internal teams. One team focuses on validating customer support tickets, while the other works on resolving customer-reported bugs and implementing feature requests. My role is to guide both teams, prioritize the work, and ensure that customer requirements are addressed effectively. I work closely with the teams throughout the process to keep development moving in the right direction and deliver the best possible solutions.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m naturally an introvert and take a little time to open up to people. One thing that has always helped me is my positive mindset. Whenever I face a problem, I believe there is always a solution. Instead of getting worried or frustrated, I focus on understanding the situation and finding the best way to resolve it as quickly as possible. This way of thinking has become a part of who I am, and I try to follow the same approach in both my personal and professional life.
I also enjoy spending time in nature and have a deep connection with village life. During my free time, I like visiting nearby natural and historical places around Mysuru with my family. These simple outings and time spent in nature help me relax and recharge.
My Career Journey
Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming a doctor. However, I couldn’t pursue that dream because my marks weren’t enough, and that eventually led me towards a career in IT.
My professional journey began at a startup, where I worked for about a week. Although it gave me my first industry experience, I soon realized that the work environment wasn’t the right fit for me. Around the same time, I got the opportunity to join Syncfusion, and that decision changed the direction of my career.
From my very first day, I experienced a different way of working. Instead of being told exactly how to approach a task, I was encouraged to explore, experiment, and find my own solutions. That freedom made learning enjoyable and sparked a genuine interest in my work. Looking back, I truly feel joining Syncfusion was the right decision, and the culture of trust and continuous learning I experienced from the beginning is something I continue to value even today.
My Inspiration
Personally, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has always been a great source of inspiration for me. I admire his dedication to learning, his willingness to share knowledge, and his positive outlook on failure. Receiving an award from him during a state-level Junior Red Cross camp is one of the moments I cherish the most.
Professionally, I look up to Mr. Davis. Despite being in a senior leadership position, he always approaches people with humility and explains things with remarkable clarity. His calm guidance and confidence that every problem has a solution have influenced the way I approach challenges in my own work. The lessons I’ve learned from both continue to shape the way I think, learn, and grow.
My Advice to New Employees
One piece of advice I would give to new employees is to take the time to understand a problem before seeking help. Whenever you face a challenge, think through it carefully, explore different ways to solve it, and make an effort to find a solution on your own. If you still need guidance, don’t just explain the problem – share what you’ve already tried and ask for feedback on your approach. This not only makes discussions more meaningful but also helps you learn from every challenge and become more confident in the way you solve problems.
Wisdom isn't about acting first - it's about understanding enough to act well.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
How the Journey Shaped Me
When I started my career, I was a very introverted person and often hesitated to take the first step or approach others. As I began working closely with different teams, I gradually became more comfortable interacting with people and learned how to communicate in a professional environment. Over time, I also understood the importance of approaching people with respect and building positive relationships, regardless of whether I knew them personally. Looking back, this journey has helped me grow beyond my technical responsibilities and become someone who communicates with greater confidence and respect.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
Whenever I face a difficult situation, I take some time to understand what caused it instead of reacting immediately. Once I know the root of the problem, I focus on finding the best way to resolve it. I don't believe in discussing the same issue repeatedly or letting it grow bigger than it needs to be. Instead, I try to find a solution, learn from the experience, and make sure the same problem doesn't happen again. This mindset has helped me stay calm, move forward with clarity, and handle challenges more effectively.
People Who Influenced Me
Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to learn from managers whose approaches have shaped the way I work. My former manager, Lingaraj, taught me the importance of understanding a problem before looking for a solution. Instead of providing answers, he would clearly explain the problem and its context, encouraging us to think independently and take ownership of finding the best solution. That mindset has stayed with me, and I continue to follow it in my own work.
Another person who has influenced me is Anand sir. He emphasized the importance of keeping work-related discussions and decisions in a centralized place so that knowledge is easy to access and share. This simple practice has helped me communicate more effectively, avoid repeating discussions, and handle similar challenges with greater confidence.
A Moment I Would Relive
If I could go back and relive one moment in my life, it would be the time I spent with my father during my childhood. During school holidays, I would often accompany him to work, and those days gave me the chance to enjoy nature while simply spending time with him. They are some of the happiest memories I have, and I miss them. If I had the chance, I would gladly relive those simple yet meaningful days.
My Definition of Success
To me, success is all about maintaining a healthy balance between my work and personal life. Being able to give equal importance to my professional responsibilities while also being there for my family is what truly matters to me. When I'm able to manage both without compromising either, I feel a sense of fulfillment. Most of the time, I'm able to maintain that balance, and that's what I consider success.
