My Current Role
I handle customer service for Bold Reports, mainly supporting customers through demos and helping them with their needs. My focus is to make sure they understand the value of our product and feel comfortable using it. For me, it’s more than just a purchase—I want customers to feel valued throughout their experience. Within the team, I also look at how we can improve our work and be more efficient.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a cheerful and easy-going person who enjoys connecting with people. I like to keep things light and bring energy into conversations. Being approachable and sociable comes naturally to me, and I truly enjoy talking and cherishing moments with the people closest to me.
My Career Journey
As a child, my goal was simple—to get a job. Coming from an agricultural family, I also saw a good future in farming. But after 10th grade, I developed an interest in computers and decided to pursue that path. Even when I lacked confidence as an average student, my father always believed in me. In a village where higher education was rare, his encouragement and support, including arranging computer classes, helped me take my first step forward.
During college, English was challenging for me. Still, I believed in my technical skills. After graduation, I moved to Chennai, did small jobs, and attended interviews.
Eventually, I was selected at Syncfusion as a Support Engineer. Vijay sir selected me based on my technical ability rather than communication skills. That moment meant a lot to me, and even more to my parents and sister because getting into IT had always been a dream for us. Even today, I still keep interview token number 100 as a memory of that special day.
People Who Inspired Me
The first person I would mention is my father. His unconditional love and constant support have been the foundation of who I am today.
At work, I’ve been fortunate to learn from many people over time. Vijay sir, Daniel sir, and Davis sir have influenced me not just in technical and management aspects, but also in communicating with clarity and professionalism. What stands out most to me is the way they communicate with clarity, manage people with understanding, and approach everything with the right intention, while remaining kind and approachable regardless of their roles.
I’ve also learned a great deal from Rajadurai, Vijayakumar, Rajasekar, Balaji, Velusamy, and Sivakumar. Each of them has contributed in different ways, whether it’s improving my communication, shaping my approach to managing people, or personal development.
All these individuals have played a part in shaping my growth, and I remain grateful for the impact they’ve had on my journey.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One funny memory that always makes me laugh is the first time I tried pizza. At that time, we decided to treat it just like our regular food at home. We poured sambar on top of the pizza and happily ate it that way! The idea was suggested by Vijaykumar and Balaji.
We even took a photo and proudly posted it on Facebook – it should still be there somewhere! So, our very first pizza experience turned into a memorable pizza-and-sambar combo. Even now, whenever I think about it, I can’t help but smile.
Understand your work, and your impact will grow naturally. Ask questions and find the ‘why’, that’s where true learning begins.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Advice to Young Professionals
I believe understanding is very important. If we do something without knowing it properly, mistakes are bound to happen. Learning becomes useful only when it is built on a strong understanding, and that is what helps us grow in our careers. We should also know the purpose behind our work. When we understand why we are doing something, we feel more involved and motivated. Along with professional growth, personal life is also important. We should save money and work towards financial independence, so we can feel secure and confident. Above everything, staying humble and respecting others matters a lot. Being kind to people is just as important as the work we do.
How I Like to Be Remembered
I want people to remember me as someone they learned something good from. If even a few people say, “I learned this because of him,” that is more than enough for me. That is the identity I hope to leave behind. I also want to be remembered as a supportive person who helped others grow and move forward in life in whatever way I could.
My Perspective on Leadership
A good leader should support their team when they are struggling. Support doesn’t mean solving the problem for them but guiding them on how to solve it. A leader should also help everyone understand the purpose behind the work and lead the team toward that vision with clarity.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success doesn’t have to be something big. Even small achievements bring happiness and a sense of satisfaction, and that feeling itself is success. I also believe success is not limited to one goal. Once we achieve something, we naturally look for the next step. It’s a continuous journey, where each milestone gives us the confidence to move forward and grow.
A Phase I Would Relive
If I could relive a phase of my life, it would be my childhood and college days. Childhood was filled with simple joys, playing in the streets, spending time outdoors, and enjoying carefree moments. Those were the days when happiness came from the smallest things.
College life was equally special. The time spent with friends, the laughter, and the memories we created together made it a phase I truly cherish. Both these phases remind me of pure happiness and meaningful connections that stay with me even today.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
Whenever I go through a challenging situation, I find it helpful to talk things through with people I trust. Their perspectives often help me look at the situation more clearly and find a better way forward.
At times, I also take a short break, like going for a ride, to clear my mind. Coming back with a fresh perspective helps me approach the challenge more calmly and make better decisions.
