I focus on improving features and identifying ways to make both the product and the process better. I also guide the team to stay aligned with these goals and maintain consistent quality.

About Me

I am a naturally reserved person, and my circle has always been small but deeply meaningful. I’ve possessed a strong sense of resolve and determination since my childhood. When I decide on a path, I stay committed and give it my full effort. While I listen closely to others, I take things forward only when they truly align with my values. Over time, I’ve come to see that this deliberate approach helps me make better, more thoughtful choices in life.

My Career Journey

My career didn’t begin with grand ambitions. It started with a simple, practical goal—to get a job. I graduated in 2008 right during the global recession when the job market was incredibly weak. There was a phase where I struggled to clear campus interviews, and it was not easy to watch others move ahead while I stayed behind. That phase stayed with me and quietly pushed me to keep trying.

After completing my degree during those difficult times, I attended a walk-in interview at Syncfusion, where I got selected. That moment felt special to me—it marked the beginning of my career. I started my journey as a developer, and it felt good to finally move forward.

I didn’t have high expectations at that time, but Syncfusion gave me the opportunity to begin my career. Looking back, that first step made all the difference.

A Challenge That Strengthened Me

There was a particular instance with a customer who kept raising issues continuously. Despite multiple attempts to resolve them, something would still go wrong each time, and it became mentally exhausting. It made me question whether we were overlooking something critical, and at times, I even doubted my own approach.

But instead of stepping back, I kept trying different approaches until I found a solution. It wasn’t confidence that drove me; it was persistence. That experience made me stronger and more steady. Whenever challenges come up, I don’t panic. I stay calm and focus on solving the problem step by step.

My Perspective on Leadership

To me, leadership is not about giving instructions, but about setting the right example. When someone struggles, it’s not enough to ask them to improve. A leader should stay with them, guide them, and support their growth.

I see leadership as support rather than control. When people feel they can rely on you instead of fear you, that’s when real trust and growth begin.

Give your best effort, results may come or not, but the learning always stays. And often, what you learn becomes more valuable than what you achieve.
