Amy Peters is the Research and Collections Manager for Syncfusion. Amy oversees multiple initiatives – each with its own team of specialists driving toward success. The research team focuses primarily on identifying business trends and patterns that can reduce client attrition, and the collections team is a two-prong outreach program that focuses on driving revenue-at-risk in the door and partnering with customers as it relates to their tax exemption status.
