My Current Role

I currently serve as the DevOps Manager and Delivery Manager for Bold BI and Bold Reports. In this role, I lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of product releases while ensuring reliable DevOps processes and cloud operations. My responsibilities include release planning, tracking, and rollout coordination, managing CI/CD pipelines across product repositories, overseeing the SaaS infrastructure with a focus on availability, scalability, and cost optimization, and monitoring production environments to ensure operational excellence. I work closely with development, QA, product, and operations teams to streamline release processes, improve deployment efficiency, and deliver high-quality product updates to customers.

About Me

I would describe myself as a cheerful, disciplined, and organized person. I like planning things well and believe in doing every task with care and responsibility. Being punctual has always been a part of who I am.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and watching movies. Exploring new places and spending time with a good movie are some of the simple things that help me relax and recharge.

My Career Journey

One of my relatives worked in the IT industry, and watching their career journey inspired me from a young age. That inspired me to choose Computer Science in school, continue the same field in college, and eventually pursue a career in IT. By then, I knew it was the path I wanted to follow.

Joining Syncfusion was a special moment because it marked the beginning of a career I had always dreamed about. At the same time, I was nervous and wondered how I would adapt to a new environment and handle the responsibilities ahead. It was a mix of excitement and uncertainty. As I settled into my role, every new experience became a learning opportunity, and over time, that learning gave me the confidence to grow in my career.

People Who Inspired Me

Personally, I have always been inspired by the people around me, especially my friends. They taught me the importance of building meaningful relationships and creating a positive environment for the people around me.

Professionally, every reporting manager I have worked with has influenced me in different ways. Baskaran Sethurajan’s professionalism and attention to detail inspired me to aim for quality in everything I do. My current manager, Balaji Murugesan, has shown me the value of making confident decisions, executing quickly, and not getting caught up in overthinking. Each of them has shaped the way I work and continues to influence the professional I strive to become.

My Perspective on Teamwork

For me, trust is the foundation of every successful team. When people trust one another and take ownership of their responsibilities, collaboration becomes natural rather than forced.

I believe the best teams are those where everyone works toward a common goal, supports one another, and feels equally responsible for the outcome. That sense of trust and shared ownership is what truly brings a team together.

Believe in yourself, keep learning consistently, give your best, and the results and rewards will definitely follow.

What Stayed and Change Since Childhood

One of the biggest changes in me is the way I approach challenges. Earlier, I used to look for quick solutions and move on. Over the years, I have learned the importance of understanding a problem from different perspectives, discussing it with others, and finding solutions that create a lasting impact rather than just solving the immediate issue.

At the same time, one thing that has never changed is my curiosity. I still enjoy learning, exploring new ideas, and understanding how things work, and that continues to shape the way I approach both my work and life.
