12+ Years
My Current Role
I currently work on the Tools control suite across the WPF, WinForms, and WinUI platforms. My responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements, collaborating with engineering and support teams, and ensuring successful product releases. I focus on improving customer experience, driving continuous product improvements, and leading the team in delivering reliable, high-quality controls that address customer needs and adapt to evolving market demands.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a straightforward and honest person, and I try to be kind in the way I speak and act. I don’t overthink or complicate things; I usually just go with the flow. That’s the kind of person I am.
I’m also a movie lover. Whenever I feel happy or sad, I watch a movie. It helps me forget everything for a while and feel refreshed.
My Career Journey
I always loved mathematics and imagined becoming a lecturer or teacher one day. But people around me felt there was more scope in computers, so I chose BCA and later MCA. During my MCA project, I joined an institute to learn .NET and WinForms. A lecturer encouraged me to build a project on my own, and with the help of a senior, I completed it. That experience gave me the confidence to pursue a career in IT.
I usually cleared written tests but struggled with communication and group discussions. Then a friend suggested I attend an interview at Syncfusion. I came to Chennai with little expectation, hoping to give my best.
When I received the call saying I had been selected, I was overjoyed. That moment marked the beginning of my career, and it remains one of the most memorable milestones in my journey.
What Stayed in Me Since Childhood
Throughout my journey, I’ve faced many challenges, and one belief has always stayed with me: whatever happens, we can handle it. Every struggle I went through lasted only for that moment — once the day ended, I would let it go and start fresh the next morning. I never hold on to problems or keep replaying them in my mind.
I don’t know whether it’s a quality or a strength, but it’s a part of who I am — the belief that no matter what comes, I can face it and get through it.
My Personal Achievement
I’ve managed my journey on my own from school until now. I studied while working part-time. After my BCA, I worked in a tiles company and prepared for the TANCET because I wanted to study MCA. I handled all this independently.
What pushed me forward was the desire to rebuild my family’s sense of pride. There was a time when my family was doing well and people naturally stayed connected with us. But when we went through difficult circumstances, many of those relationships slowly faded away. Experiencing that change at a young age made me determined to stand on my own feet. From then on, I focused on moving forward one step at a time, believing that through my hard work and achievements, I could restore the respect my family once had.
I genuinely enjoyed the journey. I took every opportunity that came my way. Looking back, my biggest achievement isn’t completing degrees or the work I’ve done — it’s the respect my parents receive today because of my journey.
Value every opportunity that comes your way—it’s often the first step toward something greater.

Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Best Feedback
I grew up in hostels and mostly spoke only with the boys around me. I didn’t have much connection with the outside world, and because of that, I lacked the confidence and clarity to express myself well.
Karthikeyan V, gave me a piece of advice that has stayed with me:
“Even if you’ve done everything correctly, if you can’t explain it clearly, it has no value.”
I’ve seen how true that is. His advice taught me that clarity and communication are just as important as technical skills, and that lesson continues to guide me today.
Life Beyond Work
When I was in Chennai, relaxing usually meant stepping out with friends. We often ended up at a nearby tea shop, just talking and enjoying our tea together.
Even now, it’s almost the same. I still have friends around, and on weekends—or even on normal days—we meet, hang out, and play games. In the evenings, we usually play volleyball.
Moments that Make Me Smile
Back then, there was no online booking — we stood in long queues at the theatre just to buy a ticket. I really enjoyed those moments, and thinking about them still feels warm.
Even now, whenever I pass by a petrol bunk, I’m reminded of the days I worked there. Those memories come back naturally, and they always bring a smile to my face.
The places where I once worked still remind me of my journey, and that feeling continues to make me smile.
Gratitude Along the Journey
When I started my MCA, I didn’t really know which direction I was going in. But during my third-year project, things changed. No one usually came to our government college to guide us, yet one person did—J. Sudhakar, who ran J Square in Coimbatore.
He helped us understand the field and showed us what we were capable of. He became a true mentor and was the first person to give me real confidence about choosing the IT field. Even though he worked in Bangalore, he would travel to Coimbatore every weekend just to teach us.
I will always be grateful for the guidance he gave during that time.
What Changed in Me Since Childhood
I’ve always been someone who found it hard to say no. If anyone asked me for help, I would immediately agree without thinking twice. But over time, I realized that some people started taking advantage of that nature.
Now, I’ve learned to pause and think before saying yes. I still help people, but I do it thoughtfully and only when it feels right. Learning to set boundaries has made a big difference in my life.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
When I was part of the Desktop Chart team, I had the chance to work on both normal and 3D charts. Fixing issues in normal charts was easier, but 3D charts were much more complex. One day, I fixed a particularly difficult issue in the 3D chart, and that moment gave me a new level of confidence. It made me feel that I had chosen the right path—that this was where I truly belonged.
I had studied only C# and .NET, but suddenly I had to work with Swift and Objective-C. Everything was new to me, but learning those languages and developing in them gave me the same reassurance. Each challenge I overcame confirmed that I was in the right place and had made the right career choice.
What Success Means to Me
Generally, success starts with completing the goals we set for ourselves. Whether it’s finishing a task, launching a feature, or closing an issue, that moment of completion feels like success. And once one goal is done, the next one naturally follows. For me, success isn’t a final destination—it’s something we keep moving toward, step by step.
I also see success in the people around me. When someone says, “He helped us achieve this,” or “Because of him, this got better,” it gives me real satisfaction. Whether at work or in my personal life, trust and appreciation mean a lot to me because they show that my efforts have made a positive difference in the lives of others.
My Perspective on Leadership
Ownership and responsibility are important, but just as important is trusting your team and appreciating even their smallest efforts.
