My Current Role
I am responsible for managing and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, network operations, endpoint security, patch management, and Azure application administration. My role involves ensuring device compliance, managing user access, supporting system reliability, coordinating hardware issue resolution, and maintaining secure operations. I also contribute to organizational goals through OKR execution and support compliance initiatives by preparing documentation and audit evidence for NIST and SOC requirements.
My Experience throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am an honest and sincere person who likes to approach everything with genuine effort. Once I take up a task, I make sure to complete it. I find a sense of satisfaction in finishing what I start. Over the years, I have also developed the habit of approaching situations calmly and thinking through them carefully before making decisions. Apart from that, I am a friendly and approachable person who enjoys interacting with people.
My Career Journey
Growing up, I wanted to become an engineer. At that time, engineers were few in number and highly respected, especially in smaller towns, which inspired me to pursue that path.
After completing my engineering degree in 2009, I entered the job market during the recession period. My initial goal was to work in software development, but I got an opportunity in networking and infrastructure instead. What started as a career opportunity soon became a genuine interest, and I enjoyed learning more about networking, cloud technologies, and network infrastructure.
Later, I joined Syncfusion as part of the Network team, where I found many opportunities to learn and work on new technologies. Today, I am happy with the path my career has taken. What began as an unexpected opportunity eventually helped me discover a field that felt like the right place for me, and it continues to be a journey of learning and growth.
What Keeps Me Going
I genuinely enjoy being part of an environment where I look forward to coming to work every day. The culture at Syncfusion, the people I work with, and the positive atmosphere make the experience both meaningful and enjoyable.
The opportunity to take on new challenges, learn new things, and contribute alongside supportive colleagues keeps every day interesting. Together, these experiences motivate me to keep growing and giving my best.
People Who Inspired Me
Professionally, Mr.Daniel has been an inspiration for me. I admire his simplicity, the trust he places in people, and the way he treats everyone with equal respect, regardless of their role. These qualities have had a strong influence on the way I work and interact with others.
Personally, my mother has always been my inspiration. Her willingness to help others and the way she handles responsibilities have taught me many valuable lessons. The qualities I admire in them continue to inspire me.
Invest your time in learning, keep improving your skills, and growth will find its way to you.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Personal Achievement
One of the achievements I value most is the progress I have made in my personal life over the years. Coming from my hometown and gradually building a life in Chennai, creating stability, and providing a comfortable environment for my family is something I take great satisfaction in.
For me, it is a reminder of how far the journey has come, not through a single milestone, but through steady effort and growth over time.
How I like to be remembered
I would like to be remembered as someone people could trust and depend on. Whenever I was given a responsibility, I would take ownership of it and do my best to complete it.
At the same time, building good relationships, treating people with respect, and being easy to work with have always been important to me.
Reframing My Understanding
Earlier, as a leader, I expected work to be done correctly and would often become frustrated when mistakes happened. I believed that everyone should be able to deliver their responsibilities without errors.
Over time, working with different people and handling teams helped me realize that mistakes are a natural part of learning and growth. Instead of focusing on the mistake itself, I learned to guide people, help them improve, and ensure the same issue does not happen again.
This shift in perspective has made me a more patient and supportive person.
Moments that Make Me Smile
The memories of playing cricket with friends and brothers during my younger days still bring a smile to my face. Those moments were filled with fun, companionship, and a sense of simplicity that made them truly special.
Even today, whenever I visit my hometown, many of those memories come rushing back. They remind me of a time that was carefree, enjoyable, and full of moments I continue to cherish.
My Perspective on Leadership
To me, leadership begins with trust. A leader should trust their team, give them ownership, and create an environment where people feel confident taking responsibility for their work.
I also believe that leadership is about support. When challenges or failures happen, a leader should stand by the team, help them find solutions, and guide them forward rather than focusing on blame. At the same time, leaders should encourage continuous learning and help team members grow in their careers.
Ultimately, I see leadership as a balance of trust, support, and responsibility—creating an environment where people can learn, contribute, and perform at their best.
What Success Means to Me
To me, success is about taking on a challenge, learning what is needed, and seeing it through. Whether it's resolving a critical issue or working on something completely new, the real sense of achievement comes from finding a solution and completing it successfully.
For me, every challenge I overcome and every new skill I gain is a step forward. Success is not just about the final result—it is also about what I learn and how I grow along the way.
Gratitude Along the Journey
Some of the most meaningful parts of my journey have been the people I have had the opportunity to work with. During my early days at Syncfusion, I worked closely with Karcki and Pandian in a small team where we spent a lot of time discussing ideas, solving challenges, and learning together.
It is those shared experiences and relationships that I value the most. They not only made the journey enjoyable but also played an important role in my growth, both professionally and personally.
