My Current Role

As a Product Manager for the Studio Live Team, my core responsibility is to ensure that Live Chat operations run smoothly and efficiently. I focus on how we acknowledge customers, the quality of support we provide, and the consistency of our service standards. I monitor these areas closely to ensure that every customer interaction meets our expectations. I also work on keeping the team engaged and productive by organizing activities such as internal knowledge-sharing sessions and learning opportunities with the product team.

About Me

I’m a simple and bold person. Whatever the situation is, I face it with confidence. I’m also a sports person — in school and college, I was very active in kabaddi, athletics, and volleyball.

I’m equally passionate about farming. I love taking care of our goats and cows, and I genuinely enjoy spending time in my native place, Athur in Salem.

My Career Journey

My career at Syncfusion actually happened by chance. My friend and their friend were planning to attend a Syncfusion walk-in, and I simply joined them. That’s how I ended up here.

When I joined, I was nervous and scared. What we study in college and what we face in the IT field are completely different, so I was worried about how I would handle real work. But my seniors were like gurus to me. In the beginning, I didn’t even know how to conduct a simple session, but they patiently taught me everything.

I’m truly grateful for that. I had attended many companies after college, but Syncfusion felt like “home” from the very first day — even during the initial three-day internship. Because of those kind people, I still feel the same today.

Reframing My Understanding

When we were young, we often heard, “If you study well, you’ll succeed in life. If you don’t, that’s it.” Many people take this to an extreme, as if studies are the only thing that matters and nothing else should come in the way. I’ve even seen families not taking their kids to functions, saying, “My son is studying, he has a lot to do.” I used to believe that too.

But over the years, that belief changed. Yes, studies are important — but people are equally important. We can’t live life alone. We need people we trust, people who support us. To build that, we need a circle, and we need healthy social interaction as we grow.

I’ve realized that many things can’t be learned just through books.

What Success Means to Me

If we are better today than we were yesterday, that itself is success. When I look back at my childhood, I faced many struggles, so being in a better place now is already a success for me. And if tomorrow I grow even one step beyond where I am today, that is also success. For me, it’s all about learning and becoming a better version of myself.

Finding a Sense of Belonging

One of my juniors was looking for job opportunities, and around that time there was an opening here. I shared everything I had learned during my initial training — the basics, what to study, how to prepare, and everything I knew. At that time, I had completed three years in my role.

They applied what I shared, attended the interview, and got selected. I felt genuinely happy. It made me think, “Okay, I was able to guide someone forward.”

This place has always been one of the best for me, and because of that, I’m able to help others too — and that gives me a real sense of purpose.
