When things start to feel out of control, I first take a short pause to clear my mind. Those few quiet minutes help me step back and look at the situation more objectively. From there, I review the issues in front of me and prioritize what needs attention first, second, and third. 

If some issues already have known solutions, I begin working on them immediately. For the ones that don’t, I spend time exploring possible approaches. Breaking the situation down step by step makes even complex problems feel more manageable. 

When I still need additional clarity, I reach out to my colleagues for their perspective—we have a strong and supportive team that I can always rely on. 

Over time, my roles and experiences have helped me handle situations more effectively. A typical day often involves continuous problem-solving, whether it is supporting team members, addressing customer concerns, or contributing to management decisions. 

This journey has helped me stay calm under pressure and approach challenges with greater clarity. Most importantly, it has taught me the value of patience. Overall, these experiences have made me mentally stronger and better prepared to handle whatever comes my way. 

One moment that meant a lot to me was the recognition conveyed by my manager based on feedback from Davis sir. Around four to five years into my journey, my manager shared that Davis sir had remarked: 

“Just look at Hari’s Pivot team, whatever requirements I post in the support portal, he prioritizes them quickly and addresses them.” 

Hearing this was very encouraging. It was not a direct personal compliment, but it set a strong benchmark for me and made me feel genuinely appreciated. 

Around my second year, I had a manager named Bharathan who gave me much-needed clarity. At that time, I often felt confused and stressed about certain aspects of my work. He explained things very simply, breaking them down layer by layer, and reminded me not to overthink or doubt my abilities. That conversation became a turning point. It helped me move past the confusion of my early years and build confidence in my skills. 

Another valuable piece of advice came from my reporting manager, Sivakumar. He emphasized focusing on quality-driven work rather than quantity. That perspective has stayed with me.

At Syncfusion, as new technologies continue to emerge, we constantly evolve and migrate our components to keep pace. This level of exposure is not common everywhere. 

Here, we work across multiple platforms, and each one brings a different approach. Because of that, there is always something new to learn. That continuous learning keeps me engaged and motivated.

I enjoy spending time with my child, playing with her and taking her out whenever I can. I also value the time I spend with my cousins, whether it is visiting them, traveling together, or simply being around them. 

These moments help me relax and recharge. 

One person I am especially grateful for is Suriyaprakasam, one of my closest companions at work. We joined around the same time and have shared many experiences—both technical and personal.

Having spent nearly 16–17 years in the same company, his presence has been a constant and meaningful part of my journey. 

One phase I would truly love to relive is the time when I had about five to six years of experience and was part of the core Pivot team. Those days were truly special. 

There was strong mutual support and warmth within the team—work moved forward smoothly, and there was a genuine sense of togetherness. If I ever had the chance, I would happily go back and relive those moments.
