My Current Role
I work with the Bold BI DevOps team, where I focus on supporting customers and ensuring smooth deployments across different environments. My role involves identifying and resolving deployment issues, understanding their root causes, and finding ways to prevent them from happening again. Beyond fixing individual issues, I also work on improving the overall deployment process so that it becomes more stable and reliable for our customers. For me, the goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly and consistently, creating a better experience for everyone using the product.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a quiet and reserved person by nature, and I usually speak when there is a clear need. This has been part of me since my school days. I prefer to listen carefully, understand the situation, and then respond.
At the same time, once I become comfortable with people, I open up and enjoy engaging with them, especially with friends and close teammates. I see this as one of my strengths—staying calm, observing carefully, and speaking with purpose when it matters.
My Career Journey
As a child, I always wanted to become a civil engineer. However, circumstances during my college phase led me in a different direction. After completing my degree, my immediate focus was to start working, and I initially took up a job as an operator.
At that time, I had already completed a .NET course, which opened up a different possibility for me. Through a friend’s reference, I came to know about a walk-in opportunity at Syncfusion. Along with my friends, I attended the process, and that became the starting point of my career in IT.
I began my journey here as a software developer, starting in the Big Data team. From there, I gradually moved across different areas, learning and adapting along the way. Looking back, even though I didn’t follow my original plan, I feel I have found a better path that helped me grow both professionally and personally.
My Inspiration
Professionally, I look up to Mr. Vijayanand. The way he approaches his work and handles responsibilities with clarity and discipline has always stood out to me. It has influenced how I approach my own work.
On a personal level, my biggest inspiration is my elder sister. I have grown up watching her, and I admire the sincerity and clarity with which she handles everything. Her approach to responsibilities has had a strong impact on me.
Values I Live By
I believe in “Ennam Pol Vaazhkkai,” which means life reflects our thoughts, and that what we think shapes how we act.
Because of this, I try to keep my thinking clear and not let unnecessary reactions affect my actions. I focus on doing what I feel is right and staying consistent in how I approach things.
This belief has stayed with me over time and continues to guide how I handle situations in my life.
Even if you know nothing when you start, don't worry—there is always room to learn and grow.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
What Stayed Since Childhood
From a young age, I have never spoken badly about others. Even if someone speaks badly about me, I don’t do the same to them.
I prefer to stay consistent in how I respond and focus on doing what I feel is right. I don’t let others’ words influence my actions. That’s something I have always followed.
People Who Influenced Me
Vinoth Krishnamoorthy, my current lead, has had a strong influence on the way I approach my work. One thing I have learned from him is his commitment to timelines. If he promises something at a certain time, he makes sure it is delivered as expected.
I also learned the importance of being accountable and transparent. Even if something cannot be completed as planned, it is important to communicate it clearly. This approach has shaped how I now handle my own responsibilities within the team.
How the Journey Shaped Me
Earlier, I focused mainly on completing tasks, but I gradually learned the importance of planning before starting anything.
With different roles and responsibilities, I understood how better planning can make work clearer and more manageable. This didn’t just help me at work—it also influenced how I handle things in my personal life.
Now, I try to plan ahead and approach responsibilities with more clarity.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
One of the moments that gave me a strong sense of belonging was when our team was working through a critical build issue. We were all trying to identify the cause, and after carefully analyzing the problem, I was able to find the root cause and share it with the team.
Once the issue was resolved and the build was successfully delivered to the customer, I felt a deep sense of satisfaction. Knowing that my contribution had helped the team overcome a critical challenge made me realize that I was in the right place and part of something meaningful.
Moments That Make Me Smile
There isn’t one specific incident, but many small moments with my friends that make me smile. We used to have simple conversations, joke around, and tease each other, and those times were always enjoyable.
Sometimes, even a small reaction or casual comment would turn into something funny, and my friends would make fun of it in a light-hearted way. Those moments were simple, but they stayed with me.
Even now, when I think about those times, it brings a smile to my face.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I feel grateful to my school tuition teacher who supported me in many ways, not just in studies.
I remember one time when I forgot to bring money for my exam fees. I didn’t know what to do, so I hesitantly asked him. He immediately gave me the money and even gave me some extra, asking me to keep it for emergencies.
That moment stayed with me. I still feel thankful for that.
Reframing My Understanding
Earlier in my work, I would either hesitate or depend on others too quickly. Over time, I realized the importance of first trying to understand things on my own instead of immediately asking for help. Now, I make sure I put in my effort first and reach out only when it is genuinely needed.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success means doing something properly with full understanding. I don’t see something as successful if it is done halfway or without clarity.
I prefer taking the time to go through things step by step and make sure it is done the right way, rather than rushing to finish it quickly.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I like to keep things simple. I enjoy watching movies, especially comedies, as it helps me relax.
I also spend time with my family, and that gives me a sense of comfort. For me, relaxing doesn’t have to be anything big—these simple moments are enough to recharge.
