My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a calm and quality-focused person who believes in doing things the right way the first time. I naturally expect a good level of neatness and correctness in the work I handle, which may sometimes make me appear a bit strict. My journey has taken me through different places at different stages, so my close circle has remained small. Even so, I value the relationships built along the way and stay connected with people who have been part of my journey.
My Career Journey
In my early days, I didn’t have big ambitions—my goal was simply to become financially independent. Coming from a modest background, I wanted to stand on my own feet and support myself. I initially hoped to become a doctor, but narrowly missed the required marks. Engineering was the next option, but financial constraints led me to pursue BSc Mathematics instead.
Around that time, computers were becoming increasingly important, and my exposure to C programming sparked a genuine interest in technology. That interest eventually led me to pursue MCA.
After completing my studies, I began preparing for interviews. One of my classmates, Ganesan, who had joined Syncfusion, motivated me to learn .NET and C#. When an opportunity came through him, I attended the interview and was selected as a developer.
Getting that job was a turning point. The salary was far beyond what I had expected, bringing both happiness and financial stability to my family. Even today, that desire to build a secure future continues to drive me forward.
My Perspective on Leadership
When it comes to leadership, Vijay sir has influenced me greatly. From him, I learned that leadership is not just about assigning work—it is about supporting team members and helping them deliver quality output. From Rajadurai, I learned the importance of approaching people calmly and respectfully.
Over time, observing their mindset and way of working has shaped how I handle situations today. Instead of immediately questioning why work isn’t completed, I first try to understand what difficulty someone may be facing and then support them in moving forward. This understanding has stayed with me over the years.
Memorable Feedback
One piece of advice that has stayed with me since childhood goes back to when I was in second standard. My grandfather held my ear and firmly told me to study well. That moment is still very vivid in my memory. Sadly, he passed away within a month, which made his words stay even deeper with me.
Later, in eighth standard, my teacher Gandhimathi shared something that strongly shaped my thinking. In our simple village way of speaking, she told me clearly that if I did not focus on my studies, it would be difficult for me to earn and stand on my own in the future. The care and honesty in her words stayed with me, and I believe those moments played an important role in shaping my path.
Focus on your own journey, embrace every opportunity to learn, and let progress unfold naturally.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
How the Journey Shaped Me
Looking back, these experiences have shaped me in many ways. In the beginning, I was not comfortable speaking English, but over time I made a conscious effort to improve my communication, and today I can express myself with much more confidence. More importantly, my journey at work has strengthened my sense of perfection. Handling different roles and expectations taught me not to feel satisfied unless a task is completed properly. Because of that, I naturally maintain a high level of correctness in both my professional and personal work.
My Inspiration
Professionally, Clay Burch, who now serves as a Director, has been a strong influence on me. When I first joined, I noticed that even in his late sixties, he continued to come to the office and stay deeply involved in the work. His consistency and commitment left a strong impression on me. From observing him, I learned that age should never stop us from continuing to learn and stay engaged in our work. That mindset has stayed with me and continues to influence my journey.
Gratitude Along the Journey
Another meaningful support I experienced was during my higher secondary studies. After scoring well in my 10th standard at a government school, I earned the opportunity to continue my 11th and 12th grades at Vasavi Higher Secondary School in Salem, a government-aided institution, where my education was provided free of cost. Naturally, there was an expectation that I would maintain strong academic performance.
However, during my 12th standard, I fell seriously ill and was confined to bed for nearly a month. This setback affected my preparation and ultimately my final results. Despite the challenge, I secured the third rank in the school.
Although the school may have hoped for a higher rank, what truly stayed with me was their response. Instead of focusing on what I had missed, they recognized my effort and encouraged me. That understanding and appreciation during a difficult time is something I continue to remember with deep gratitude.
Life Beyond Work
For me, relaxation is quite simple. With the flexibility of working from home, I make it a point to spend quality time with my family. We occasionally step out together—sometimes to the temple or for a short outing—which I find very refreshing. Listening to music and enjoying quiet moments with my family help me relax the most.
My Personal Achievement
One personal achievement I am truly proud of is becoming financially independent. My childhood circumstances were very different, and even managing basic financial needs was challenging at that time. Through consistent effort over the years, I have reached a stage where I cannot only support myself but also extend help to others. That change in my financial stability is something I consider deeply meaningful.
