12+ Years
My Current Role
I focus on building and strengthening the testing process for the Bold Sales product. I work closely with both development and testing teams to identify gaps, improve coordination, and create a smoother workflow. This involves setting up the right environment, defining clear processes, and making sure every release is reliable and well-tested.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a quiet and thoughtful person who prefers to observe and understand before speaking. I tend to think through situations carefully rather than react immediately. Over the years, especially after stepping into new environments, I have gradually become more open to interacting with people and expanding my circle. I see myself as someone who keeps learning and adapting. Whether in my personal life or at work, I try to understand new things, take on challenges, and adjust as situations change.
My Career Journey
During my school days, I first dreamed of becoming a teacher. Later, inspired by movies, I developed an interest in joining the military. However, everything changed after my 10th standard when I joined a computer class and was introduced to programming for the first time.
As I started writing small programs, my interest in computers grew, and I decided to pursue computer science in my higher studies. After college, I moved to Chennai with my friends in search of a job. It was a challenging phase, with many interviews and rejections. While I was confident in coding, I often struggled in areas like group discussions.
My turning point came during the Syncfusion interview, where coding skills were given significant importance. I completed the tasks with confidence and was thrilled when I got selected. I still remember seeing my name displayed at my seat in the training room—it was a proud and memorable moment. Starting my career as a Support Engineer laid the foundation for everything that followed.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
One of the most challenging phases in my journey came when we were supporting a customer called Pitney Bowes during their application launch. At that stage, they needed quick fixes and immediate support from our side.
Initially, we handled everything from our office. But as the requests increased and timelines became tighter, I, along with a small team, went to the customer’s location to support them directly.
From there, it became a continuous process. They would raise a request, and we had to work on it immediately, get approvals, and deliver the updated build so they could test it without delay.
For nearly two weeks, it was full day-and-night work, with everything moving at a fast pace because their release depended on it.
In the end, they were able to launch successfully, and our work was part of that. That experience gave me a strong sense of confidence and helped me understand how to handle challenging situations in real scenarios.
People Who Inspired Me
I have been inspired by different people at different stages of my journey.
Professionally, Jawahar Suresh Babu – my first lead, Lingaraj, and my current manager, Rajasekar, have influenced me a lot. From them, I understood that staying in a comfortable place doesn’t lead to growth—stepping out and taking action is what really helps us move forward.
From Sivakumar sir, I learned that communication is not just about what we say, but about how we make the other person understand. This changed the way I interact with people at work.
From Meikandan sir, I learned to express my thoughts without hesitation or concern about what others might think. This helped me become more confident in sharing my ideas.
Clarity at the start saves you from pressure at the end.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Values I Live By
One thing I follow is keeping my word. If I say something, I make sure I stand by it. I don’t like making false promises or changing it later. This is something I have carried with me from a very early stage, both in my personal life and at work.
I also believe in discipline. I can’t expect motivation to be there every day, and I don’t depend on someone else to keep motivating me. Instead of waiting for motivation, I make things part of my routine. Once it becomes a habit, I continue it without depending on motivation.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I am most grateful to my mother. She made sure I continued my education and didn’t let me stop at an early stage. That support has played a big role in where I am today.
I am also thankful to Vijayanand sir, who gave me an opportunity at a time when I was struggling, especially with my communication. That support helped me move forward in my career.
How the Journey Shaped Me
When I was working as a support engineer, handling customer tickets changed the way I looked at my work. Initially, I thought completing a task meant fixing the issue and moving on.
But over time, I understood that it was about understanding the customer’s concern and their pain points and responding in a way that would satisfy them—even when the issue was not from our side.
That phase taught me patience and also improved my communication. Looking back, I have become more patient and mindful in the way I handle both work and people.
My Best Appreciation
One moment that stays with me is from a release where our team size was small, but the amount of work was high. There was no clear separation of roles— everyone was involved in everything, from testing to fixing issues, just to make sure the release was completed on time.
We spent long hours together, focusing only on getting things done. It was a collective effort, and everyone took responsibility beyond their usual work.
After the release, our manager called the entire team and appreciated the effort we had put in. That recognition meant a lot to me, not just because of the appreciation, but because it reflected the effort we had all gone through together.
My Perspective on Leadership
For me, trust is the most important quality in leadership. There should be trust between the leader and the team.
When that trust is there, people feel comfortable being open and genuine. It becomes easier to understand what they are going through and support them in the right way.
I believe leadership is not just about managing work, but about building that trust and helping people move forward.
What Keeps Me Going
For me, work doesn’t feel repetitive. Every day brings a new challenge.
I see it like moving to the next level in a game. Each level is a little harder than the previous one, and that keeps things interesting.
Facing these challenges and figuring them out is what keeps me motivated to keep going.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is not about titles or achievements. It is about the impact of what I do.
If something I worked on creates a positive change or brings even a small sense of happiness to someone— whether it is a customer, a team member, or anyone around me—I see that as success.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on photography. It’s something I developed during my college days, and I still continue it as a hobby, especially on weekends.
I also spend time on gardening and like exploring new food places whenever I get the chance. These activities help me relax and keep my mind fresh.
My Personal Achievement
Coming from a rural background, I am the first person in my family to complete graduation.
That journey—from a small environment to reaching where I am today—feels like a meaningful achievement for me. At the same time, I don’t see it as the end. I believe there is still more to achieve, and I continue to work towards it.
