My Current Role
I work as a Product Owner for Code Studio, where I guide the product’s direction and ensure the team moves toward the company’s goals. My responsibilities include planning the product’s development, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring that work progresses smoothly. I also support the team by providing guidance, aligning efforts across different areas, and helping drive the product toward successful releases.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am naturally a curious person who likes to understand things in depth. I also consider myself a thoughtful person. Whether it is work, relationships, or conversations with people, I take time to understand the situation clearly before forming an opinion. Having that clarity matters to me. At the same time, I am an introvert. I usually listen carefully and speak only when there is a real need to share something.
My Career Journey
At a young age, I was fascinated by electronics. During school, I would open small radios and try to repair them. Even when I couldn’t fix them, I enjoyed understanding how the components worked. That curiosity led me to pursue a diploma in Electronics and Communication.
While studying electronics, I discovered my interest in software. A C++ course introduced me to programming, and I found it came naturally to me. That experience gradually shifted my interest toward computer science, and I chose to continue my engineering in that field.
During college, I attended several interviews but often struggled with aptitude and group discussion rounds. Practical work was always my strength. The interview at Syncfusion was different because the first round focused on programming. That gave me the opportunity to showcase what I enjoyed most. Getting selected gave me the confidence that I had found the right path and marked the beginning of my journey at Syncfusion.
My Best Appreciation
One of the most memorable moments of appreciation in my career came when I won first prize in a Hackathon at Syncfusion. Receiving the award on stage and presenting my project to everyone was a proud and memorable experience.
What made the moment even more special was the response from my lead and managers. They were genuinely interested in understanding how I came up with the idea and built the project.
Since it was something I had worked beyond my regular responsibilities, their appreciation made me feel that my initiative and effort had been truly recognized.
It remains one of the most encouraging moments of my professional journey.
My Personal Achievement
One moment that makes me feel truly proud is being able to give back to the school where I studied. I studied at Arcot School from eighth to tenth grade, and today, as a former student, I have taken on the responsibility of supporting the school in whatever way I can.
I contribute by helping with funds, meeting the students, and mentoring them whenever possible. My wife also supports this effort. She spends time with the students, especially helping those who struggle with basic reading and writing. Being able to give back to the same community I came from and support the next generation in a small way gives me a deep sense of satisfaction.
The moment we question with the desire to understand, clarity begins to unfold.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
People Who Inspired Me
Personally, my mother and my wife have been a great source of inspiration for me. The way they manage different aspects of life and home with responsibility and care is something I deeply admire.
Most of the time, my knowledge tends to stay within fields like computers, programming, and electronics. But life goes far beyond that and observing them has helped me understand many practical aspects of everyday life.
Professionally, I have also been inspired by several people along the way.
George Livingston has influenced me in many ways, especially in how he connects with people and builds a strong team environment. From him, I’ve also learned the importance of setting clear goals and putting in the right level of effort to achieve them.
Pravin Joshua has also inspired me through his work and the way he approaches challenges. By observing him, I’ve gained many valuable insights over time.
What Changed Since Childhood
Earlier, I used to compare myself with others quite often, and it sometimes made me feel inferior. Over time, I realized that it wasn’t really necessary. Everyone has their own strengths and skills, and no one is truly superior or inferior.
If someone is doing something better, it should be seen as an opportunity to learn from them rather than a reason to feel inferior. Once I stopped comparing myself with others, I felt much more peaceful and began focusing on improving my own abilities.
Handling Tough Situations
When I face a difficult situation, my first instinct is to step back for a moment and take a short break. Instead of reacting immediately, I prefer to look at the situation with a clear mind.
During that time, I ask myself a few questions: what exactly went wrong, what I could have done differently, and whether any external factors played a role. This reflection helps me understand the issue and move forward with more clarity.
However, if the situation requires immediate attention, I seek the perspective of people with more experience. Listening to their insights often helps me see the problem more clearly and work toward a better solution.
What I’ve Unlearned
Earlier, whenever I faced a small health concern, my immediate reaction was to search for answers on Google or watch videos online. I would go through what different people had said and try to understand the issue on my own. This habit probably came from being health-conscious, or perhaps from a bit of fear.
However, after the pandemic, I realized that this approach was unnecessary. Searching online often creates more confusion or stress rather than providing clear answers. Now, I believe that if something truly affects my health, the right step is to consult a qualified doctor instead of relying on information from the internet. Because of this realization, I’ve stopped looking up health-related issues on Google.
Life Beyond Work
I enjoy learning and exploring new ideas. Reading books is something I particularly like, and I also spend time listening to podcasts, especially conversations where people discuss a book or a topic in depth. Listening to thoughtful discussions often helps me understand ideas more clearly.
Apart from that, I spend time on meditation and physical activities such as exercise and walking, which helps me stay balanced.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is not just about reaching a particular end point. I tend to measure success by what I learned from an experience, what I truly understood from it, and how much it helped me grow in my mindset.
Over time, our perspective naturally changes. When we look back at decisions or work we did many years ago, we may feel we could have done things differently or better. That change usually comes from the maturity and understanding we gain over time.
In that sense, every experience—whether in work or personal life—that helps us learn, understand more, and grow as a person is a step toward success.
Gratitude Along the Journey
There are many people I feel grateful to, but if I must thank someone, it would be my teachers. They guided me well and played an important role in shaping who I am today.
When I think about my teachers now, I feel a strong sense of gratitude and inspiration. The support and guidance they gave me when I was a student left a lasting impact on me.
In many ways, the efforts I make today to support students come from that inspiration. It is my way of giving back what I once received from my teachers.
