13+ Years
My Current Role
I work as a Product Owner for the Diagram team, where I focus on taking the product forward based on market needs. My responsibility is to continuously improve the product by identifying gaps, understanding user expectations, and ensuring we are building in the right direction.
My Experience throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a calm and grounded person by nature. I enjoy traveling and spending time in peaceful, natural places. I usually plan small trips during weekends, and once in a few months, I make sure to visit somewhere surrounded by nature. Gardening is another interest that has stayed with me since childhood.
My Career Journey
As a child, my ambitions kept changing at different stages. During my college days, I planned to pursue mechanical engineering, but my career eventually shifted towards IT. Looking back, if I hadn’t chosen this path, I would have probably started something of my own in business.
After completing college, I attended a walk-in interview at Syncfusion based on a friend’s suggestion. I didn’t know much about the company at that time, but I went along with a few friends. That one decision became the starting point of my career, and I joined as a .NET Developer in August 2013, and that’s where my journey began to take shape.
People Who Influenced Me
In my early career, I worked under two leaders, Pandi Murugan and Senthilkumar, who influenced the way I work today.
From Pandi Murugan, I observed how well he maintained a balance between work and personal life. He followed a clear structure in his work, which helped me understand the importance of discipline and planning.
From Senthilkumar, I learned a different approach. He handled situations calmly and never reacted harshly, even in difficult moments. That showed me how to treat people with patience and manage situations in a composed way. These experiences have shaped how I approach leadership today.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
I am proud to be a part of Syncfusion. Here, I’ve had the opportunity to keep learning, and that continuous learning has helped me grow over time.
Looking back, I feel it has been a meaningful journey that has played a significant role in shaping the life I live today.
Care for the people around you and build meaningful friendships - that’s what brings real energy into your life.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
How the Journey Shaped Me
When I started my career, I didn’t have complete clarity about what I was working on. I was focused on finishing tasks without fully understanding the bigger picture.
As I progressed, I began to understand my work more clearly. With that came a sense of responsibility, which changed the way I approach things. I became more disciplined in how I plan my work, communicate, and deliver consistently.
Over time, this shift has shaped me into a more responsible and disciplined person, and it has also had a positive impact on my personal life.
Moments That Make Me Smile
College days are some of my favorite memories. There are a lot of small moments from that time — the fun in the hostel, the little pranks, and the time spent with friends — that still come to my mind and make me smile. Even now, when I think about those days, it brings back that same feeling.
If I had a chance, I would relive that phase of my life. It was a time filled with freedom, friendships, and simple happiness that I still hold on to.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I feel grateful to my friend Suriyanarayanan. He was the one who told me about the walk-in interview in 2013, and because of him, I am here today.
How I Handle Tough Situations
Whenever I feel stuck or face a difficult problem, I’ve learned that pushing harder in the same loop doesn’t really help. Instead of forcing a solution, I step away for a while and take a short break.
That pause helps me come back with a clearer mind. It gives me space to rethink where I got stuck and what I can try next. Sometimes, even a short walk or a small change in mindset is enough for me to find a solution.
Values I Live By
One principle I strongly follow is honesty. I don’t believe in taking shortcuts or being unfair, even in difficult situations.
I also try to stay disciplined in everything I do. I plan my work clearly, follow a routine, and stay consistent with simple habits like regular walks.
My Inspiration
My biggest inspiration is my mother. She taught me how to treat people with respect and how to carry myself in different situations. Those values have stayed with me over time.
My father has influenced me in a different way, especially through his connection with nature, which has also become a part of my life.
My Best Appreciation
One of the most memorable moments in my journey was working on an Angular project that was well received by the customer. At that time, my team lead, Senthilkumar M, appreciated my work, and that moment stayed with me.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is not a single big achievement or milestone. I don’t look at it as one final destination. Instead, I see it in the small things I achieve along the way. Even a simple achievement that brings me happiness feels like success, and those small moments are what keep me going.
