For me, leadership is about balancing both people and the project. Focusing only on the project is not enough. At the same time, only focusing on people without delivering results will not work either. Both need equal attention. 

As a leader, it is important to understand what the team is going through, both professionally and personally. When people feel supported and understood, they are able to work better, which is naturally reflects in the project outcomes. So, I believe good leadership comes from managing both sides well and maintaining that balance consistently.

I wouldn’t point to a specific achievement. For me, it has been more about gradually improving myself. Over time, I’ve been focusing on learning more, especially through reading, and building my knowledge step by step. I feel that is something meaningful to me. 

At the same time, I believe there is still a lot more to achieve, and I see this as an ongoing process rather than something complete. 

One thing I’ve learned is not to stay stuck in setbacks. There were phases in my early life where I had to deal with health issues and breaks in my education, but I focused on moving forward instead of holding on to what went wrong. 

For me, it has always been about facing what comes and continuing the journey. If I had to put it simply, I would say — be resilient when life tests you with uncertain setbacks. 

If I had the chance to relive a phase of my life, I would choose my school days. It was a time when life felt simple, without much responsibility or worry. I could just be in the moment and enjoy things as they came, without thinking too much about anything. 

Looking back now, that sense of ease and freedom is something I really value, and that’s why I would choose to go back to that phase.
