9+ Years
My Current Role
I currently manage support projects within the Technical Solutions Services team, focusing on delivering timely, high-quality outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction. I also handle product onboarding, working closely with stakeholders and product teams to make the process smooth for customers and ensure they have the right resources and support at each stage. Alongside this, I lead training initiatives to strengthen the team’s capabilities and help them deliver better support. Overall, my role involves managing support projects, coordinating onboarding, and working with different teams to create a consistent experience for both customers and the team.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a cheerful person who naturally pays close attention to how things are done. Depending on the situation, I can be quiet and observant or outgoing and expressive, so I would describe myself as an ambivert.
I value honesty and tend to be straightforward in the way I communicate. When I take on a commitment, I make sure I follow through and complete it properly. I also care a lot about cleanliness and hygiene, as they are important to me in my everyday life. These are some of the simple things that describe who I am.
My Career Journey
I began my professional journey as a Project Assistant, where my initial exposure to core functional areas was limited. As I progressed across three different organizations, I had the opportunity to work on project coordination, followed by hands-on experience in software configuration projects, and later transitioned into software management. With growing experience and responsibilities, I advanced to the role of Project Lead, where I contributed to ensuring smooth project execution and delivery. Over time, this experience guided my career progression, paving the way for me to join Syncfusion.
People Who Influenced Me
I’ve learned a lot from our management, especially Daniel sir and Davis sir. What I admire about them is their simplicity, intelligence, experience, and willingness to support people regardless of their role or position.
One experience with Davis sir stands out to me. During a project escalation, he stepped in and guided me through the situation. He helped me understand how to approach the problem and structure the action points clearly. What stood out most was that he didn’t just give me direction and step away. He stayed involved, supported me through the process, and made sure the action points were followed through until the situation was resolved.
That experience changed the way I look at leadership. It showed me that being there for someone when they need support and taking responsibility alongside them can make a real difference. That is something I continue to carry into the way I approach my work.
My Best Appreciation
One of the most consistent appreciations I’ve received was for my communication skills. I’ve often been recognized for delivering clear, well-structured, and organized communication, along with a strong ability to follow processes effectively.
This feedback has been especially meaningful, as it reflects qualities that are sometimes easy to overlook in day-to-day work. It highlights that the effort put into clarity, structure, and thoughtful delivery truly makes a difference.
What makes this recognition even more valuable is when it comes from top management. It serves as a strong validation that my contributions are noticed and appreciated, making it one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional journey.
Never be overconfident, no matter how skilled we are, we can fall at any time.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Key Learnings
Perseverance has been one of my strongest learnings, and I firmly believe it is the key to achieving what we truly aspire for. The ability to keep going without giving up, regardless of challenges or circumstances, makes all the difference.
Along the way, there may be situations that test your confidence or distract you from your path. However, staying focused on your purpose and continuing to move forward is what truly matters. I have learned to remain committed to my goals and not let external factors influence my direction.
This mindset of persistence and determination has stayed with me and continues to guide me in both my personal and professional journey.
What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood
In my earlier years, I tended to be short-tempered and would react quickly in certain situations. Over time, I’ve learned to manage my emotions better, becoming more composed and thoughtful in how I respond.
At the same time, some qualities have remained consistent. I continue to be straightforward, disciplined, and structured in my approach to both work and life. These traits were shaped early on, influenced by being brought up by my maternal aunts, who were teachers. Their guidance played a significant role in instilling a strong sense of discipline and values that continue to define who I am today.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
During tough times, support is something we usually look for, and that is completely fine whether it’s in a challenging situation or while working on a difficult project.
But what I’ve realized is that in certain situations, support alone doesn’t always help. What truly pulls you out is what you do.
If you’re pushed into the water, you either learn to swim or you sink. You must swim out on your own, nobody is going to swim for you. In that way, it’s your own effort that brings you out of tough times.
This is what reminds me to bounce back. I keep telling myself that, in the end, it’s you who should do it. That thought itself motivates me and helps me get through my toughest times.
Reframing My Understanding
In my earlier years, I tended to be quite sensitive and selective about the people I associated with. I often felt more comfortable connecting with those who shared similar values, discipline, and ways of thinking.
Over time, my perspective has evolved. I’ve come to understand that everyone brings their own individuality and experiences, and that diversity in thought and behavior adds value. Today, I focus more on understanding people for who they are, rather than expecting them to be a certain way.
This shift in perspective has helped me become more open, adaptable, and appreciative of different viewpoints, enriching both my personal and professional interactions.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I am deeply grateful to our Syncfusion management, especially Daniel sir and Davis sir, without a doubt. At the same time, I am also deeply grateful to the people in my personal circle, especially my maternal aunts. I feel that I should remain grateful to them throughout my life.
A Phase I Would Relive
That would be my childhood, especially my school and college days. Those times hold some of my most memorable experiences. My hostel life during school stands out, where everything followed a well-structured routine and instilled a strong sense of discipline. I was also entrusted with responsibilities, including being a room leader, which helped me develop a strong sense of ownership.
During that period, there was a strong sense of togetherness. Most activities were shared with classmates, creating lasting bonds. While trying new things initially came with a sense of hesitation, having people around made it easier and more enjoyable. Being surrounded by friends and experiencing those moments together made those days truly special.
