My Current Role
I currently manage the backend operations of BoldDesk Chat, overseeing the end-to-end workflow and omnichannel experience. My focus is on ensuring these systems work seamlessly together to deliver a smooth, reliable, and efficient customer experience while supporting the broader goals of the product.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I value the relationships I build with people and believe that trust, responsibility, and respect are important in both life and work. My faith and family keep me grounded and give me strength in everything I do. I’m someone who enjoys connecting with people, being there for those around me, and making sure they feel comfortable.
I also believe in taking responsibility for what I do and being someone others can depend on. Whether it is with friends, family, or colleagues, I try to treat people with respect. For me, good relationships are built through trust, care, and the way we treat each other. These are simple values, but they are an important part of who I am.
My Career Journey
I never had one fixed ambition growing up. As the first graduate in my family, my main goal was simply to get a job and stand on my own. My interest in computers began in school when I was introduced to animation and webpage designing, so I chose Electronics because it kept me connected to computers. I have always enjoyed understanding how things work rather than simply memorizing them. I initially hoped to build a career in core electronics, but over time, I found my way into software.
When I joined Syncfusion, I was initially unsure about adapting to a new environment. But my team made that transition much easier. There was a strong sense of togetherness, and seniors and juniors interacted without much distinction. Whenever I faced difficulties, my team stood by me. The confidence my seniors placed in me encouraged me to take on new challenges. Looking back, their support helped me find my place and grow with confidence.
My Approach to Challenges
When you feel you have nothing to lose, giving your 200% comes naturally. This mindset has always helped me face challenges with confidence. Once I started looking at challenges this way, the thought of giving up never crossed my mind. Whatever comes my way, I focus on giving it my complete effort without worrying too much about the outcome. For me, what truly matters is giving something my best and knowing that I gave it my all.
Gratitude Along the Journey
It is difficult to name just one person because every stage of my career was shaped by people who supported, guided, and believed in me. In the early years, Manikandan and Suman Kumar played an important role in helping me learn and grow, followed by Piramanayagam. In the next phase, Chad Church had a significant influence on my development. Later, Vijayanand played one of the most impactful roles in my journey and encouraged me to continue pursuing opportunities in development.
Today, Sivakumar, Velusamy, and Kannan continue to support and trust me, encouraging me to take on new challenges and responsibilities. I am grateful for the confidence, guidance, and encouragement they provided throughout my journey.
Explore independently, seek guidance when needed, and never be afraid to try something new. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
The Leadership That Shaped Me
When it comes to leadership, the person who influenced me the most is my lead, Chad. He taught me how to face customers with confidence, take complete ownership of my work, and grow beyond the limits I once set for myself. What I admired most was how jovial and open he was with the team. Until then, I had never seen a lead communicate so freely and naturally.
The comfortable and friendly environment he created gave me a great deal of confidence. It made me feel protected - like no matter how challenging things were internally, he would never allow anyone from outside put us down. That kind of support gives you the courage to step up and do more.
This is exactly the kind of leadership I now aspire to offer my own team.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
When I first joined Syncfusion, I focused on learning the work, contributing wherever I could, and making the most of every opportunity. As I gained experience, the people around me began to recognize my abilities and gave me more responsibility. When a new component came in, I was given complete ownership of it. Being trusted with that responsibility made me realize that I was capable of taking on more.
That experience gave me the confidence to step forward and take on new challenges. With each new opportunity, I was able to expand my knowledge, contribute in different ways, and understand my capabilities better. Over time, I realized that Syncfusion was more than just a place where I worked; it was a place where I could continue learning, take on meaningful responsibilities, and grow. That is when I truly felt that I was in the right place.
What Success Means to Me
For me, the meaning of success changes with every stage of life. During college, success simply meant getting a good job. Later, it became about reaching the next milestone and achieving the goals I had set for myself. Over time, I’ve come to see success as something that keeps evolving as my priorities change.
Today, I believe success is not just about what I achieve, but also about how I get there. There may be times when I have to make sacrifices along the way, but I should still be able to look back and feel good about the choices I made. If I can say that I achieved what I set out to do without any regret, even a small one, that feels like true success to me.
Memorable Feedback
One piece of advice that has stayed with me throughout my career is to always view situations from the other person's perspective. Whether at work or in life, taking the time to understand another viewpoint helps build empathy, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. It is a simple lesson that continues to guide me every day.
A Personal Achievement
One achievement I remember fondly is becoming the People Leader in my school’s Scouts, essentially serving as the school captain. Even today, my old schoolmates still call me “Captain,” which brings back many good memories.
But what makes me most proud is seeing how happy my parents are with where I am today. They have worked hard throughout their lives and knowing that they feel proud of what I have achieved means a lot to me. For me, seeing my parents feel proud of me means more than any title or achievement.
