Timezone support for full day events

I have a requirement from a customer to support timezone selection for full day events. 

This is especially important for recurring events since the date is stored in UTC, but to evaluate rules like "show on monday" will get evaluated differently depending on where you are.

Additionally, when I manually set the timezone in the Scheduler, it still takes my local browser timezone to caluclate start and end times for full day events.

Hi Thomas Pentenrieder,

We have reviewed and validated the query you reported regarding your requirement. Based on the current scheduler structure, timezone conversion is not applied to all-day events. Even if a timezone is configured for the scheduler, timezone conversion will not be applied to all-day events. This is the expected and intended behavior of the scheduler.

We have considered your requirement "Timezone support for full day events" as a feature from our end, but we do not have any immediate plans to implement this feature. At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features and implement them based on feature rank, customer request count, and volume wish-list.
