Timezone support for full day events

The Scheduler defaults to the local browser timezone for all-day events rather than applying timezone conversions. This leads to inaccuracies for UTC-stored events—including recurring ones—because day-based rules evaluate differently depending on the user's timezone


The Scheduler should apply timezone conversion to all-day events based on the configured timezone property to ensure consistent calculation and recurrence evaluation across different regions
