Displaying Digit number on Box plot SfChart

Hi.


There is no display of digit number as the below image(at Box Plot SfChart).

Plz let me know how to display.

We have attempted to reproduce the issue where the trackball label is not displaying the data for the BoxAndWhisker chart. We were able to reproduce the problem and will need additional time to investigate this further.

We have validated the issue and observed that the trackball label is not displaying the data as expected for the BoxAndWhisker chart. During our investigation, we also explored a workaround using the LabelTemplate, but we were unable to retrieve the required values in the trackball’s binding context.

To identify the root cause and provide a proper resolution, we need further time to investigate this issue in detail. We will share our findings and an update within two business days (17th December 2024).

Hi Han,

 

After further investigation, we have identified the reported issue where the trackball label not displaying data in the BoxAndWhisker chart as a bug. We are actively working on resolving this issue, and the fix will be included in our upcoming weekly NuGet release, scheduled for 18th December 2024.

Hi Han,

 

The fix for the reported issue where the trackball label is not displaying the data for the BoxAndWhisker WPF SfChart has been included in our latest weekly Nuget release, version 28.1.35 which is available for download (https://www.nuget.org/).

NuGet Version: 28.1.35

 

Root Cause: Data point information values were not added to the collection that was used in the trackball template for the Box and Whisker series. This omission prevents the display of the corresponding data point information.
