add dropdown values to editale grid in dialog mode edit

All rows in Grid data source have Values as Yes ​in one of columns. We want to allow user to update this value to No also. we have made this column as dropdown type in Edit, But in data source we have only yes for all rows, option No ​is not appearing.

Please assist - how to add custom values to dropdown in Grid-->Edit--->Dialog
