SelectedItem not changed when selecting SubItem

Hi there,

Im using the wpf navigation drawer with populating data via mvvm and my items have items. The hierarchical view is displayed correctly, but when a sub item is clicked the navigation drawer doesn't update the selected item property. So i cannot react on selection change to change the content view.

Is there a bug or do I need to check something else?

Greetings

Hey there,

thanks for you answer. With your example I found my mistake. I don't know why, but property changed was not triggered for sub items. I think I set the NavigationCollection wrong.

With using the resources in you example
